"Ordered room service after arrival (late evening), expecting the quality to be typical of other hotels. I was so wrong! The room service menu was good, the food tasty, and hot upon delivery…and, actually delivered on a tray, with real dishes, glassware, etc….not ‘picnic’ style. A pleasure."

"My dog and I stayed here for NYE and had the best experience. The property is secluded enough to feel like you’ve escaped the chaos of DFW and the grounds are wooded and relaxing. The service and staff were so kind and attentive. The spa was the highlight. I had an incredible massage by Greg and facial by Melissa. Everyone was so nice to my dog and it’s a very dog friendly property. Bed was comfortable, bed was clean and pool area is huge! Love that the spa had a steam room! Can’t wait to come...

"Hot water heater broke so needed a warm place to stay. It looked nice but that's usually not the reality. Pleasantly surprised. Rooms are large with vaulted ceilings. Looks new. Breakfast is amazing. Also get 3 drinks & snacks for free daily in evening. Stayed an extra day just because I am enjoying myself so much!"
