"I would like a refund my room was horrible I couldn’t get in my room I had to walk back and forth to the front desk for new keys that didn’t work , the front desk clerk had to come open the door with a master key , the air conditioning was horrible it was broken didn’t even work"

"Very clean hotel and room. Vending, pool out of order. Coffee was gross (there is a Starbucks nearby) and no breakfast. Cleaning and front desk staff were friendly."
