"Excelente hotel y buen servicio"

"Room was clean. Only 2 towels provided, no hand towel. The shower was not at a good angle so sprayed all over the wall opposite, which meant the full bathroom floor got very wet. This was a slip hazard. They kept our bags for the day after we checked out and staff were helpful."

"The hotel environment is amazing. The service provided by their staff is unbeatable. They make you fell the thai charm. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to explore the thai culture. The staff is amazing and they are able to help you all time. They gave us a present at our departure."

"The room smellwd of sewage. We ended up getting a different room and that smelled of sewage as well. The water had biolfilm and messed up me andnmy families stomach from using it to brish our teeth. There was a lot of weird textures and clumps of white stuff in the pool. They charged a fee of nearly $5 ! Day for use of an extra set of towels. The breakfast was chaos and there didnt have any creamer or salt available. Also so many mosquitos from the doors being left open. Also bed of second room...
