"We absolutely loved staying here. Brian greeted us and made us feel right at home. Everything was beautiful decorated, the bed were amazing, bathrooms stunning, and a kitchen any chef would love. The outdoor was so peaceful and had all sorts of outdoor games that everyone enjoyed. Evening were perfect sitting out on the decks and simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Highly recommend! You would never expect such beautiful scenery in the city. So much history surrounding the street and park. Mary was welcoming and really cares about the guest experience. The landscaping in the front is amazing and really adds to the privacy. We loved our stay!!"

"We found ourselves in wrightsville for my son’s wedding at Lauxmont Farms. Since we live 1 1/2 hours away we needed a place close to the venue for all the weekend activities. Rivers edge proved to be the perfect place. Only 2 miles from the venue made it super convenient. Being right on the river helped us have a beautiful relaxing weekend. The property is spectacular. The owners were very quick to answer all questions. They also were able to provide us with a great recommendation...

"We had an amazing time! The house is very well distributed and the beds are very comfortable! I would say that 12 guests is up to interpretation. There are 2 kings, 2 full (one being the bottom of a bunk bed), 1 twin (top of bunk bed), and then a queen-sized pullout couch. You technically could fit 12 people, but the comfort is subjective. "

"This property was amazing. I had 10 of my family members stay with me for my graduation and everyone was able to have their own bed and or space. No room felt too congested even when we all gathered in the living room. Everytime I called the host answered and got back to me in a timely fashion. After my graduation the host even allowed more of my out state family members to come over and enjoy dinner with no problems. This house is 100% a house you want to stay at!! "I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It would cut the extra sweating that occurs lying on a sheet over the plastic. Also there was only one extremely worn out dish...
