Head up the stairs to the Quit'n Time ski run, then ski down to the lift. When you’re ready to return, ski back to Quit'n Time and walk down the stairs to get home! Enjoy downtown views from the hot tub, relax in the theater, or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. With 3 en-suite bedrooms, ample mudroom storage, and thoughtful amenities, this gem offers a luxurious and convenient getaway.

Each of the 3 en-suite bedrooms provides a peaceful escape. The primary suite features a king bed, workspace, 50” Smart TV, and a private balcony with a hot tub overlooking Main Street. The second and third bedrooms include queen-size beds, 40” Smart TVs, and private bathrooms, with one offering its own balcony to enjoy the crisp mountain air. This home’s refined finishes and practical amenities promise a comfortable and memorable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and 2 on-site parking spaces in the driveway.

You can’t beat the location of this home! Nestled in the heart of town, the escape within walking distance of Park City Main Street, Old Town, and the Park City Town Lift. From the Town Lift, you’ll have direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. Just a 5-minute walk away, the Old Town Transit Center connects you to multiple Park City Transit Bus routes, offering easy access to Deer Valley, Canyons Village Resorts, and nearly any destination you’d like to explore. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley—an excellent way to explore the Park City Historic District.
