The location was good - couple of blocks from slopes. Condo was ok but not as nice as expected. King mattress was completely worn out. Kitchen not quite as stocked as expected and pans were old and hard to clean (and a good many dishes were dirty in drawers/cabinets). Some parts updated, some not. Based on description and price, expected better. Will stay somewhere else next time.

If your only aspiration is to have a basic place to lay your head that is fairly close to the chair lifts then I suppose this is more than adequate. If however, for the steep fees that this owner requires, you are hoping or expecting something even a little more do NOT rent this unit which is the VRBO equivalent of a Motel 6 room. The furniture, such as it is, is beat up and very sparse. The sleeper sofa looks like it was recovered from the side of a road and is so uncomfortable to sleep on that it is all but unusable in that capacity as other reviewers have noted. The recliner chair is in terrible condition and the beat-up dining room table is missing a chair. There is literally not a picture on any wall in the house. The owner also did not "splurge" for cable TV so you are confined to whatever you can find on streaming services as long as you are a subscriber. The bed in the master bedroom feels like it has not been replaced in decades. Literally, everything about this rental screams that the owner has done as little as conceivably possible to make this rental more appealing and maximize his profit. The only positive to this rental is that the property manager, Chris, is a very nice and helpful person.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size, clean, and felt like home. Great communication with the property manager. I was a little worried about walking to the slopes in ski boots but it turned out to be an easy walk! Super convenient to the lifts and Park City base as well as in town spots (for groceries, restaurants, etc).2 thumbs up!

We had a very nice stay and the host was very nice. We were 5 people, which means we had to use the sleeper sofa mattress. This mattress needs to be replaced. It has hard metal parts that protrude and caused my son back soreness from sleeping in it. Also, much of the furniture, such as the kids room desk, chairs and bunk bed, are broken or rickety. For the high price, we would expect something nicer with a bit more space. I think the square footage is actually less than what is listed.

We loved this place. Had all the creature comforts you could need, a hot tub close by, super close to the slopes, and an awesome little hill for the littles to sled down. We ski quite a bit, and have stayed many different places. We'd come back here again anytime.

The property is advertised as sleeping 6 but it's really only comfortable for 4 given the seating arrangements e.g. there are only 4 dining room chairs. Not a problem for our group of 3 though. There were also a few of other issues noted upon arrival: there were no placemats or heat pads to protect the dining room table, the door handle on the microwave was missing and the oven was not working. To be fair Chris had already made us aware before check-in that the oven was broken but that it would be repaired within a couple of days. Unfortunately difficulty securing parts meant that neither the oven nor microwave were fixed during the two weeks of our stay. Chris is conscientious manager though and new placemats and hot pads were supplied within a day so I suspect the problems with the repairing appliances were out of his control. To Chris and the owner's credit they did provide a small discount on the rental fee to offset the inconvenience. I'm sure these problems have all been fixed by now and the proximity (10 min walk) of the unit to First Run and Eagle lifts and the assigned underground parking were really convenient given the epic amount of snow during our stay. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and I would definitely rent the unit again.

It's an uphill walk to the lifts, but the shuttle and parking are handy if you prefer not to walk. the drive to main street was easy and had lots of restaurant options. great service and communication from property management.

This was hands down one of the most memorable vacations we have taken. The condo was perfect in size and location. Close to the slopes and a 5 minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. Chris was amazing to work with and very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to everything

Great property that is a short walk to Park City Ski resort. Agent very easy to work with. Couple small maintenance issues (result of place being booked for quite some time due to COVID), but nothing terrible. Could use some new dishes and glasses. Outstanding storage space in the master bedroom, much bigger than most condos. Great fireplace to warm you up after being outside in the cold.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin. The place was neat and clean and just as pictured on the listing. Chris was easily accessible and friendly. We also loved the access to the community pool and hot tub. The location was very close to PCMR. I believe the washer and dryer could use an update and also the bunk beds, but it would not deter us from staying here again. We very much enjoyed our time here!

Literally a short walk to the lift. It's great if you have kids they can come back anytime they want and take a break eat some lunch and then head right back out to the mountain whenever they want. The thing I really liked about this place was the little things. There was soap for the laundry, salt and pepper, even aluminum foil! All the little things that you don't feel like going out in purchasing when you're just staying in a place for a couple days. The property was very well-maintained. And the host was great. He was always available for anything we needed. We cannot wait to go back and this is exactly where we will stay every single time.

Great weekend stay! I loved everything about this and the kids did too! Only issue was that there weren’t sidewalks to walk to PCMR so you had to walk in the road. Not much traffic in the AM but in the afternoon there were more cars. Not Chris’ fault at all just the location. It was an overall easy walk though! Nothing but kudos to Chris!!!

Our family spent a week in this condo and really enjoyed it. My one caveat was that it was a LITTLE bit too far a walk for our 8 year old so I'd recommend it for families with mature 8 year olds and up. For adults/teens/older kids it is very close - going to the Park City resort there is a shuttle that comes every 20 or so minutes (and the ride to the resort is 2 min) or a 10 minute walk to the village/5 minute walk to Three Kings/Eagle/First Time lift. (Get the PC Shuttle App "MyStop Mobile" - invaluable) Coming home the shuttle takes a bit longer (as the condo is at 7 o'clock on a counter-clockwise running circuit of the shuttle bus) and it would take my very slow 8 year old a long 20 minutes to walk home. Otherwise, PRO: + one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I slept like a baby here - super comfy sheets and bed. + bunk beds were great for my kids + gas fireplace - we really enjoyed this. + great location (with caveat of above) + 2 min walk to outdoor heated pool/hot tub at main cabana for Kings Village Condos. We went here 5/7 nights. + updated/nice looking kitchen/bathrooms. + property manager (see below) + plastic drawers in living room closet for storing stuff CONS - - as stated above for younger children - could use more hooks for clothes/skiis etc. in entryway - no DVD player Overall I'd recommend this condo highly but one of the best parts was Chris, the property manager. He was super responsive in the time leading up to our trip and very quickly resolved (or tried to) an issue we had during our stay. It was nice knowing he "had our backs!" He has a partnership with local transport/grocery delivery/ski rental places that make your whole trip easier.
