You stay in a duplex apartment completely renovated and comfortable, conveniently located Left Bank, in the heart of St Germain.
You can enjoy all the shops close while being in a quiet street and airy.
Stroll in the Luxembourg Gardens or the Seine to the Louvre Museum, have a drink or Pantheon Sorbonne or even have lunch Boulevard Saint Germain in the famous Café de Flore or the Brasserie des Deux Magots then to finish in a restaurant of the Latin quarter or the Marais, and all this without the need of transportation.
If you want to get away more, you will find less than 5 minutes Metro stations Odéon, Cluny-La Sorbonne and Saint Michel that will allow you quick access to all of Paris. The stations Saint-Michel RER Luxembourg or any nearby take you directly to the various Paris airports or nearby suburbs.

The apartment consists of an entrance with dressing room and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washer dryer) and a huge living room bathed without vis-à-vis light thanks to its 4 large windows.
A staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with bathroom, a shower room with double sinks and a second toilet.

Located on the second floor with elevator, you will enjoy and a quality accommodation in the heart of a popular district, to make you a pleasant stay in Paris.

Excellent Apartment in a Fantastic Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located on a small street, keeping noise down, but it is a short walk to cafes, attractions (Luxembourg Gardens, Seine, Notre Dame, etc…), and the Metro. The layout is nice, with communal areas upstairs and the bedrooms below. This means yo never have to worry about an upstairs neighbor keeping you up at night. There is a Monoprix grocery store just around the corner if you want to stock food and drinks for the kitchen. Communication with the owner & manager were also very easy and organized. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place!

Patrick was there to checkin and checkout. He arranged transport and despite an over two hour wait, they were there for us. The apartment was in a perfect location. It was very spacious, clean and well equipped. I was disappointed in VRBO who confirmed four nights paid in April. When I arrived the owner wanted $800+ cash for the fourth night. We don’t carry much cash! After much “discussion”, I got an additional charge that appeared miraculously on my bill. I think it was VRBO and not the owners fault. Beware of hidden costs!

Clean, spacious apartment in great location

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 1 teen, 1 preteen) stayed in this property for the second time and had another very enjoyable stay. The kitchen is small but well appointed and having laundry in the apartment is a wonderful convenience. The location is perfect - quiet street in Saint Germain des Pres with easy access to metro. The concierge was easy to reach and very responsive, kindly allowing us to drop off our luggage before the apartment was ready for us to enter on the day of our arrival and arranging a car to pick us up at CDG.

Huge Apartment in an Ideal Location

We loved our stay at Patrick's apartment! Patrick had excellent communication and met us upon arrival and departure as arranged. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of amenities (washer/dryer and dishwasher were especially convenient, as we were travelling with children). Easy walk to the Metro or a direct walk to many many major sites! The location is bustling and the decor is no frills, exactly as advertised. This was the ideal space to host our party of 3 adults and two children!

Good for families

Good location but it was still a little noisy at night. Plenty of space for a Paris apartment accomodating 4 adults and two children (9 & 6). Not the easiest internal staircase and less mobile people will find it difficult. Bathrooms were good and all bedrooms reasonable sizes. The kitchen was acceptable and the appliances and utensils OK, but not grand. The internet was a problem although most times a 4G modem did work but it was very restricted and streaming TV was not good. The TV'S didn't work. Patrick the manager was excellent and he did make an effort to get the internet operating.

Fantastic location for our family

Our family of five had a very comfortable stay here. Patrick and the owner were fantastic communicators so check in was easy and any questions we had were answered. The location was perfect for us….Just steps to Jardin du Luxembourg and Odeon metro stop. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby as well. There is plenty of room in the apartment to relax, and it was nice to have bedrooms on a different floor. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in this location.

Great Apartment in the French Quarter

My family of four really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The pictures actually do not capture the overall roominess of the apartment. The location is very convenient, walking distance to many of Paris' famous attractions, or near numerous Metro stations that took us to places too far to walk. Patrick (the property manager) was prompt and responsive to our text questions. Overall, we would gladly stay here again.

A Good Location

The location of the apartment was walking distance to restaurants, Luxembourg Gardens, Patisseries, Starbucks, little markets, pharmacies, the Metro. The three bedrooms were comfortable and clean and all on the lower floor level. One bedroom had its own bathroom sink and bathtub/shower, two bedrooms shared one bathroom with shower/sink but all three bedrooms had to share one toilet. There was a second toilet on main floor. A bit awkward for four people. There was not enough toilet paper, we had to buy one package. There were only two liquid hand soaps that were almost empty and had to be used for hand washing and showering. Didn't think it worth the Euros to buy soaps. The small kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses, cups, flatware and cooking utensils. We wish there were instructions in English for running the washing machine/dryer and the coffee machine. We settled for buying Starbucks coffee in the mornings. But we adjusted. The apartment was really for relaxing and resting after a day of sight seeing and we appreciated its convenient location.

Gute Gegend, laute Wohnung: Nicht so toll, dafür teuer.

Das 6. Arrondissement mögen wir, deshalb kamen wir wieder. Die Wohnung ist "OK", aber auch nicht mehr (und der Pflegezustand durchwachsen). Vor allem aber liegt sie im 1. und 2. OK an einer (vor allem auch nachts) lauten Durchgangsstraße (Rue Racine). Da wird man nachts öfter geweckt. Der lokale Vermieter (Patrick) war sehr gut erreichbar und kam auch gleich, wenn (für 24 Stunden :( !) Warmwasser ausfiel und später das WiFi/Internet. Insgesamt leider unser schlechtestes Pariser Wohnungserlebnis - und wir kommen regelmäßig in die Stadt.

The place to be in Paris

This is a very nice property on the Left Bank and within walking distance to many of Paris' notable attractions. There are markets and plenty of restaurants in the area as well as some of the finest shops in Paris. The only down check is that the owner asks that shoes not be worn downstairs in the sleeping areas because of the white rug. This is a reasonable request, but would have been appreciated if stated in the booking information. It should not keep you from considering this property. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. We were six seniors traveling together and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here. Great place for restaurants & getting to the Metro. Lots of stairs so need to be able to go up & down without a problem. If so, it’s a perfect place!!

Clean and good location

We stayed here for a weekend with our two kids (ages 3 & 6). The location is excellent and we walked to attractions and restaurants, shops, and groceries. The apartment is clean. It doesn’t have a lot of charm, but it is quiet, safe and comfortable enough. It is not a luxury accommodation - it is a bit rundown in places and some thoughtful details could have made a difference (for example, there was one small hotel shampoo that was not full and many partially full hotel bottles of lotion and conditioner so we did not have enough shampoo. There wasn’t any body soap for the bath/showers. These problems are easily remedied at the nearby shops but for the nightly price we were expecting adequate soap and shampoo). Isabelle was excellent! She is great at communicating and when there was a problem with the WiFi and the hot water, she came over in the late evening our first night there to help sort it out. She’s very good at her job. Overall, a good location and clean place.

Spacious, clean, modern apartment with outstanding location

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary school age children) stayed here for a wonderful 4 day stay in November. The apartment is well appointed and quite large. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is small but well designed and functional. The concierge was very accessible and helpful; she arranged a taxi van to take us and our mountain of luggage to the airport upon departure. It was somewhat challenging not to be able to get into the apartment until late afternoon on the 1st day given our early flight but we were able to drop off the luggage and enjoy the day. The street on which it is located is quiet but an easy walk to the Metro and lovely neighborhood. Very safe. Very conveniently located down the block from the Monoprix. We would gladly stay again.

Good property in a good location

The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us. The property is as described in a good location. Grocery store nearby, shops, restaurants and a farmers market all close. Open concept living area and dining are are spacious. Property Manager was good to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is in a superb location. It is well appointed, very neat and clean and very comfortable. Check in/out service from Isabelle was excellent. The whole booking process was seamless. This apartment suited our requirements perfectly and we had a wonderful stay - you will not be disappointed.

Clean and private apartment to explore Paris

The apartment has 3 nice clean bedrooms. One with a private bathroom and one shared. Also very clean. The living room is good, we were most of the time outside so didn't have to use it, but if you want, there is plenty of space. The girl who showed us the apartment was very nice and the contact with the owner was very fast and nice. Great to explore the city. Walkind distance from the Luxembourg Gardens. We brought our little dog and we walked every morning in the park. Unfortunatelly there are barely places in Paris to walk your dog off leas, but this was the best place for Paris-standards to go with a dog.

Kept 500 euros of my security deposit for a lost key

The apartment was actually nice and the close to good stuff. The actual street is all super boring cement and is industrial looking. The owner can be aggressive and caustic if you challenge him in writing via the vrbo messaging interface. Over a year ago, I stayed in this property and we had the bad luck to lose one of the door keys which included a key fob for opening the street-level door. We immediately sent the owner and note, apologized and offered to pay to replace it. At first he was fine, but over time he has grown truly aggressive when he bothers to respond at all. I have sent him a message a month, and still, over a year after my stay, he has refused to give me a final bill or to refund any of the final 500 euros (1/2) of my security deposit. I know that the door has been restored to working order. There was another guest who also lost a key after me. Perhaps he's using my security deposit to cover the costs of that guest. Other notes are that the property manager warned us not to wear shoes downstairs in the bedrooms since the carpet was new last year. We obviously took our shoes off, and I would advise you to do that same since you might not get your security deposit back if you break any of this guy's rules. Good luck. Stay at your own risk.
