Not as Advertised or Expected
The location is very good.
Issues were as follows:
1. There are really only two bathrooms even though they advertise three. In total there are two showers, five sinks, and two toilets. Three bathrooms is false advertising IMO.
2. The air conditioning units are installed in the master bedroom and living room ONLY. The second bedroom with the double bed has a swamp cooler that sounds like you're sleeping next to a jet engine all night and the window must remain open for venting causing us to receive mosquito bites galore! The third bedroom with the twin beds has only a fan and no air conditioning, so good luck if you're sleeping in there in the summer.
3. The check-in process was rough. The automatic opening on the door to our apartment was not working all week and they never told us which unit we were in except that it was on the 4th floor. None of the apartments are numbered so we ended up trying to open the door to someone else's apartment which was super embarrassing. Luckily, the neighbors were nice.
4. The building appears to be under construction of some sort because the stairs in the building were covered in drop cloth the entire week. Otherwise, they were covering some very worn carpeting that requires replacement.
5. The wood flooring in the apartment appears to be original as advertised, but it is falling apart and requires significant repairs.
Sweet Inn did their best to be attentive to our concerns.
