The Space:

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this studio overlooking the courtyard, designed to accommodate up to two guests. Whether with friends or for a business trip, it offers a calm and pleasant setting — completely renovated and ideally located in Paris.



The studio includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, storage space, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• A bathroom: the room includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

The apartment also includes convenient laundry facilities — iron and ironing board.

• A dining area: this space includes a dining table & chairs

If you require a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.

For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Do not leave keys on the door or inside.

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.

Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21. Individuals under 21 years of age will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise they will not be able to stay on the property and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
