This prime location invites you to indulge in a unique residential experience at the heart of Paris.



The Space:

This sumptuous, bright, and perfectly appointed 1,181 sq ft apartment combines comfort, elegance, and serenity for an unforgettable stay in Paris. It is located on the 6th floor of a quiet and secure residence with an elevator.

IMPORTANT: The building’s elevator is currently out of service for an undetermined period. This situation is managed by the building’s co-ownership and is beyond our control. We inform all guests of this before booking. No rate adjustments or compensation requests related to this temporary unavailability can be accepted.



The apartment includes:

• Sleeping areas: three elegant bedrooms equipped with high-end beds, Smart TVs, and storage space.

Two bedrooms have queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and the third has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm).

Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Bathrooms and amenities: two immaculate bathrooms with walk-in showers, hairdryers, soap, shampoo, towels, and bath mats. The apartment has three toilets: one in each bathroom and a separate one for added convenience.

A washing machine with dryer function is also available.

• An open-plan gourmet kitchen: fully equipped with quality appliances—oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher—as well as all the utensils, pots, and pans you need to prepare delicious Parisian meals.

• A living room: a large, bright living room with Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.), unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and a double sofa bed.

• A dining area: a dining table that seats up to eight people, ideal for relaxing.

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You will stay in the heart of the popular 6th arrondissement, in the elegant Odéon district where Parisian life is revealed at every street corner. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find iconic cafes like Café Ladurée, Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, as well as typical restaurants such as Le Polidor and 13 au Jardin, perfect for lunch or dinner after a day of sightseeing. For your daily shopping, mini markets and grocery stores are within walking distance such as Carrefour Market, Carrefour Express and Monoprix - Boulevard Saint-Michel, ideal for bread, fruit, snacks and local products. Everything is done on foot here: the Luxembourg Gardens are 2 minutes away, the Pantheon 8 minutes away, and Notre-Dame is nearby for beautiful walks, while the Louvre is easily accessible on foot or by metro. Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, estimated fare: €50-€60.

Public Transportation: Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Transfer to Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, and alight at Odéon station. Approximate travel time: 60 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY):

Taxi: Approximately 30-40 minutes, estimated fare: €35-€45.

Public Transportation: Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony station. Transfer to RER B train, towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, and disembark at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Switch to Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, and alight at Odéon station. Approximate travel time: 45-55 minutes.



From Gare du Nord Train Station:

Taxi: Approximately 15-20 minutes, estimated fare: €10-€15.

Public Transportation: Take Metro Line 4, towards Mairie de Montrouge, directly to Odéon station. Approximate travel time: 15 minutes.

Professional Housekeeping: Offered upon your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

Deposit: €500 is required for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are issued within 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Age Requirement:

Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.

I visited Paris with two friends and we found this apartment perfect for us. It was very spacious and we had everything we needed to make our stay in Paris comfortable. We very much appreciated the elevator, since we were on the 6th floor. We also enjoyed the view of Luxembourg Gardens. The location was perfect! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!
