The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this secure, renovated apartment ideally located in the emblematic Rue Saint Dominique, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower!

Perfectly furnished and bright, it can accommodate up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding - also storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, as well as a hairdryer, a full-length mirror, soap & shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A practical and open kitchen: fully equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans and other kitchen utensils.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Choose a taxi for direct access, or take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles, then transfer to Metro Line 9, which brings you close to the apartment.

Orly Airport: Take a taxi or the Orlyval light rail to Antony, then continue with the RER B and transfer to Metro Line 9, as outlined above.



From Train Stations:

Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Directly reach us by taking Metro Line 4 to Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, then transferring to Line 9.

Gare de Lyon: Hop on Metro Line 14 to Madeleine, then switch to Line 8 for a smooth journey.

Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Late arrivals will be accommodated the following day from 9:30am, subject to additional charges.

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with confirmation 24 hours in advance, potentially incurring a charge equivalent to 50% of a night's rate.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are incurred.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

The inside of the apt was clean and stocked. Nice towels and sheets. The outside courtyard and stairway were dirty and needed an upgrade. Missing trim, dirty walls, tape on windows, etc! The location was definitely the best part of the rental experience. Shops close by and really close to the Eiffel Tower. The property manager was also very responsive.
