My apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a sofa bed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Wifi, Fan.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

My accommodation is located near everything you may need on a daily basis: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your small shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" and a "E.Leclerc", respectively at 8 minutes and 5 minutes of walk.
You will also be very well served by the various public transports to stroll around the city and its surroundings!

The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
It offers an immediate proximity to the Philharmonie de Paris, La Villette and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont
