Terrible customer service. We paid for early check in because we have young kids. We arrived at the agreed upon time but the apartment was filthy from the previous guests. See attached for what we walked in to. We were told that it would take until 5pm to clean, and it took 6 emails to get our money paid for early check in to get a refund. We were promised a “gift” for our inconvenience, which never arrived. All follow up told us we were basically lucky to get the refund. The location is excellent, and the apartment was fine, but super ill equipped in the kitchen to say the least. Do not expect to do sufficient laundry here—we put in a towel and one pair of pjs, and the wash couldn’t handle it and leaked. Socks and underwear only, apparently. With our young kids we had to do about 20 loads of laundry (!!) over four days to keep up with their clothes to keep things clean for our next stop with no laundry. Very convenient to transport and groceries, but would not recommended for anyone with kids, peopleexpecting to do laundry, or anyone wanting to check in early (even if you pay the premium…) also, only curtains on one window in the living room. Hard to sleep with that bright light.Do not recommend this property until they address these issues.
