Welcome to the countryside at the door of Paris in a cosy flat.
Thanks to its bedroom and double sofa bed, we can host up to 4 guests. Full of light, it is super quiet being on a courtyard. It is fully equipped with many storages.

You will love the pleasant neighborhood life, with all the local shops and the proximity of the woods and lakes.

The Neighborhood:
In the East of Paris you will be in the center of the calm and charming city of Saint Mandé. You will be at 5 minutes walk to Saint Mandé’s lake located in Le Bois de Vincennes and the famous Zoo of Paris. Next door you will find le Chateau de Vincennes and Le Parc Floral de Paris. All food shops are a few minutes walk from the apartment (Auchan).
There is an hospital near by, « Hospital Begin ».
Nice neighborhood for walking.

Getting Around:
Very pleasant area to walk, clean and safe!

We do organise transfer from/to the Airport / Train station with our professional drivers, if needed. (extra cost)

- Tramway : « Alexandra David-Néel » T3a
- Bus stop : line 86 and 325
- Direct access to : Chateau de Vincennes, Gare de Lyon, Bastille, Châtelet, Louvre, Champs Elysées, Porte Maillot.

We do live in the area for the last 20 years and would be happy to share with you our good tips !

We will sign a standard contract for so-called medium-term rentals, including Airbnb's terms and conditions.

Interaction with Guests:
Even if it would be a self check-in, we would be available 7 days a week to assist you, before, during even after you stay with us !
