The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — especially the kitchen, which was excellent. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, and the price is very reasonable for Paris.The only thing to be aware of is the attic-style layout. Because of the slanted ceiling, the bed is placed under a low area, so it’s easy to bump your head if you’re not paying attention or moving around quickly. It won’t be an issue for everyone, but it’s something worth noting.Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Il mini appartamento è molto accogliente e funzionale, per una famiglia di quattro persone è a misura precisa. Appartamento perfetto da utilizzare come punto d'appoggio per dormire e aver tutta la giornata disponibile per la città in quanto le stazioni metro son veramente a pochi passi. Situato in posizione strategica lontano dal traffico del centro ma con caffetterie, ristoranti bistrot e alimentari a max 5 min a piedi. Consigliamo questo appartamento trovato molto pulito e in ordine per una fuga romantica sui tetti di Parigi o una mini vacanza in questa incantevole città.

Llegamos al apartamento a las 17:00 de la tarde con la sorpresa de que el mismo estaba sin hacer, toallas del baño y ropa de cama de los huéspedes anteriores. Si que es verdad que llamamos al propietario y enseguida envió una persona y limpió el apartamento, pero ya nos tuvimos que ir sin asearnos después de un viaje. El apartamento es como las fotos, pequeño pero acogedor, lo justo para pasar una estancia corta.Está alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado, ya que el metro está a 5 minutos andando. Los días que estuvimos hacía mucha calor y al ser unas golfas reformadas en apartamento hacia una calor insoportable, en el apartamento había un aparato portátil de refrigeración, pero no enfriaba lo suficiente y hacía un ruido espantoso, el qual no te dejaba dormir.

Nice little apartment

We spend 5 days in the apartment and had a pretty nice experience. The landlord answered quickly and was very accommodating.It was a rather small space for 3 people but it still worked. The kitchen included everything we needed and the appartment was clean.Although the appartment isn‘t in the center of the city, you have good access to public transport.

Really good location for public transport, supermarket and bakeries. So many yummy pastries on the doorstep! The accommodation is smaller than it appears in the photos, really hot in the attic of the building (we stayed in late June) and it wasn’t the most comfortable stay for those reasons. Ideal in cooler weather for a maximum of two guests I would say.Stairs didn’t bother us as we’re fit and healthy, but could be a struggle for others.

Great Location, Poorly Prepared Property

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues and lack of basic necessities. There was no toilet paper provided, which is a fundamental expectation. The bedding was in poor condition — the sheets and comforter had visible stains (what appeared to be sauce?), yellow discoloration, and hair. The pillows looked dirty, though the pillowcases seemed recently washed. Additionally, the hand soap bottle in the bathroom was empty, which added to the feeling that the space had not been properly prepared for guests.This property needs significant improvement in cleaning standards and attention to essential supplies. I would not recommend it in its current state. However, the location is very convenient for metro transportation!

The low ceiling can be a challenge for tall people. But very cozy.If you have mobility issues, there are 96 steps. The microwave was rusty inside. The area carpet needs cleaning or replacing.

Ich habe das Apartment zum wiederholten Mal gebucht und werde es auch wieder tun. Es ist sehr gut gelegen und alles, was man braucht ist in der Nähe, auch die Metro.
