The Space:

Welcome to this superb apartment located a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: double bed (140x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

• An open equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Important: The dishwasher is currently out of service for an indefinite period. No complaint or request for compensation can be accepted on this subject.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Independent toilets.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport

Taxi or Rideshare: A taxi ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Public Transport: Take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles, then transfer to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and alight at Ternes or Charles de Gaulle - Étoile stations.



From Gare du Nord / Gare de l'Est

Taxi or Rideshare: A quick 20-minute ride.

Public Transport: Hop on Metro Line 4 and transfer at Strasbourg – Saint-Denis to Line 9. Get off at Ternes station.



From Coach Stations

Stations like Bercy Seine are connected via multiple metro lines. You can usually take a metro to Châtelet-Les Halles and then hop on Line 1 as mentioned above.



Nearby Public Transportation

Ternes Metro Station (Line 2): Just a 5-minute walk from the property, Ternes station connects you to popular destinations like Montmartre and Père Lachaise Cemetery.

Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
