The main entrance ( door) to the apartment fronts the footpath so you enter immediately from the footpath or sidewalk. Adjacent to this footpath or sidewalk is a bus shelter which unfortunately is occupied for a large part of the day by what appear to be homeless persons who like to party ( play their music and drink) for large sections of the day especially from 2.00 pm to late afternoon earlier evening.
The only windows for the apartment are directly above the party zone so the noise from below is clearly audible within the apartment.
The other issue with this apartment is the access to the upstairs lounge/ bedroom is via a narrow winding staircase which is a potential slip and/or fall hazard as we near fell down this stair on a number of occasions so extreme care is required to navigate it.
