"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"Beautiful, quiet surrounds. Walking distance to all major landmarks in Florence. Very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant on site but breakfast is lovely and Giovanni has wonderful recommendations for where to eat. I didn’t have them but I’m told the cocktails are delicious. Didn’t use the pool which is small but would be a nice place to e to cool off after a day of touring"

"The owner was extremely nice, he even let us keep our luggage there until 2pm after we checked out. The room was extremely clean and it was within a comfortable walking distance to the city center and train station. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone going to Florence!! "

"Fantastic place to stay in Florence, can't recommend it highly enough. Close enough to the City Center to be walkable, but far enough off the beaten path to be a refuge from the crowds. We stayed in the Triple Room, which had decent space and regular beds for all three of us. Property was very clean and tidy. The included breakfast was very nice. Balcony had a gorgeous view of the Arno. Staff were all very kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay at 4F again for any future visits to Florence!"

"Clean and comfortable stay at Hotel Ariele, with excellent bedding that made a restful sleep. Breakfast was included which is nice. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram line, making it easy to get around the city. There are also laundry facilities and Carrefour nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay."

"Excellent hotel, well appointed rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff! This hotel is away from city centre. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to the nearest tram station through the day. The trams run every 10 minutes to city center. The hotel has a good fitness ce ter, breakfast buffet and hot spa pool! Giovanni and Samuel the chauffeurs for the shuttle were extremely pleasant and hospitable! All in all - a good stay! "

"Thanks a lot for the staff helped us to move up and down the luggage’s! The hotel was very clean, the sheets were in high quality materials and looked very new. The room was spacious with high ceilings. It felt very comfortable. The room was equipped with refrigerator and teapot."

"The staff are great. They are helpful, friendly and speak English well. The hotel is a little run down and beat up with minimal amenities, the toilet seat was off its hinge, the room was very scuffed up, and there was no furniture in the room. The bathroom itself was clean as were the sheets. There were no tissues. I would expect more from a Wyndham flagged hotel."

"Cute bedroom with little balcony but didn’t like how the toilet is in with the shower. It was very small and made it slippery. It’s also a bit further out of the main area. Nice tea or coffee bar whenever you want it."

"Our room was very nice. Included breakfast was also a bonus. The bar service was a little spotty. Didn’t seem to be a dedicated person, so it felt like we were just hoping for someone to come and ask if we wanted something. Still, overall it was a a delightful stay."
