THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the 6th floor of Tower 4, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. All stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo accommodates 4 persons with a king bed in the master and a queen sleeper in the living room. The bathroom features a walk in shower.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats four at the dining table.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Kim’s condos Long Beach towers

The condo was very nice. We wish that we were informed in advance that the days we selected were during “bike week”. The bikes resulted in noise, increased traffic and longer lines at restaurants.

PCB Beachfront Condo

So glad we chose this place for our beach getaway.The Condo was just as pictured, clean and adequately stocked. Owners instructions were detailed and easy to follow.The view was spectacular! Sunsets were amazing!I highly recommend Kim's Condos, will definitely be back.

What a wonderful clean condo rental, was exactly as listed on Vrbo , easy to reach the pools and hot food and drinks by the pool, beach was right outside with easy entry.

I had to clean a few things when we got there! I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Frig was nasty. Did not have what needed to clean stainless steel. Washer sounds like fixing to go out. Only wash what had to like towels as there were not enough towles or wash cloths (that was a 1st!) Some things needed to be added to stock items. Could use some more blows with lids. But there were lots of plates in different sizes, small Bowles. Not sure how this was rated top priority

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location !! Bed was comfortable I would suggest adding a mattress cover. Shower was huge and very nice. I would suggest adding better lighting in bathroom vanity. But overall it was a nice stay !

Loved it!!!

We loved our experience at Long Beach Resort!!!! Kim's Condos made everything about our visit seamless. She answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The lagoon pool was probably our favorite part. We will definitely be back soon.

Our stay was great. What was pictured was excatly what we got. Only thing was the bed was not made and had to look for sheets. There were a few paper towels on the foor but overall i will definitely be back. Great experience and great location.

Best Condo!!

We’ve stayed at many different properties and this is the best! Beautifully updated and furnished. The balcony is large with sliding doors and windows across entire space. Very clean. Owner quickly answered our questions. Will definitely be back

Property was just as described. Well appointed. I would suggest an additional flip lock or deadbolt that the occupant could engage when going to bed (just like in a hotel). Otherwise the stay was great. Would come again.

Great Place

The host was amazing, very responsive and quick! The condo was perfect for our stay. We wanted peaceful and relaxing and that's what we had during our stay. We had chair service for the beach which was nice. Pools were nice but a little too cold for us during our week. The hangover bar area was great to have, only wish was that they stayed open later into the evening. Highly recommend this condo unit.
