📋 Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 6 guests
• No pets allowed (HOA rule)
• Parking registration: $50 one-time fee per vehicle (max 2)
• Garage clearance: 6’ 8” (max height) No oversized vehicles, trailers, or scooters

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys
