The view was beautiful. The room was good. It was just the curtain by the sliding door was dirty, and the shower curtain in the master bedroom was dirty Other than that we had an excellent stay

Family trip

Overall, the unit was ok as far as space and ended up having 3 bathrooms instead of two as shown. Unit was not very clean and has appliances that need attention. Front door is in bad shape and paint peeling off, wasn't very inviting when we arrived. Great resort with a great pool area, short walk to Wal-mart and several restaurants.

The elevator situation is insane. 30 minutes per wait. To many people for 6 elevators. Parking deck takes a long time to get in and out of. Toilet chain to flush the toilet was broken in one of the bathrooms. The condo has to be stocked by the person renting it with basic necessities like toilet paper. The indoor pool was filthy. They also closed the beach outside the condo at 10 pm, so not much time to hunt crabs. There was blood on the curtains and one of the pillows on the bed. The whole place is over crowded with zero convenience.

Resort only had 15 luggage carts for a resort with 200 condos. The floors of condo were so extremely dirty that bottom of our feet looked black as if we walked on asphalt. Had to wear socks to avoid this. Condo had an unpleasant odor. Couldn’t identify the source. Smelled bad almost like wet clothes had mildewed. Would not recommend this resort again.

Not great

The property no longer looks like the photos. For the amount paid, I have stayed at much better condos. Parking garage and elevators are horrible. Couch was in terrible condition. Food or vomit (unsure) was on the floor in one of the bedrooms. No toilet paper or bedding for pull out. Facility did bring those after calling to ask. Condo holds 10 but only had 5 or 6 forks. No tea pitcher which isn’t a huge deal but for a big family we usually have a pitcher in the fridge. The wrist bands didn’t work at the gates the majority of the time. I stay at the beach every summer so I understand normal wear and tear from the salt water but the wash and dishwasher smelled horrible when running like soured milk. We still made the best of the trip but for the money should’ve been much nicer. Also lots of construction and noise from neighbors.
