- Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. Person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.
- Please limit the number of vehicles to 2-3 during your stay (depending on the size of your vehicle, you may only be able to fit 2 vehicles in this driveway & garage). There is overflow parking down the road in the community, but it is first come, first serve with no guarantees that you will have a place to park.
