Welcome to your dream beach condo "Reats Retreat". This charming 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom retreat is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.
Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort & coastal living & just minutes away from the stunning white sandy beach. Step into a coastal oasis with this well-maintained home featuring a light-filled living space, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for entertaining, & a private patio outside perfect for unwinding & relaxing after a long day at the beach. The two bedrooms offer comfort & privacy, making it an ideal space for your vacation & perfect for 6 people.

If you are looking for a perfect location near the beach (a short 5 min walk) search no further. Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry town home, this unit has a reserved parking space (2 spaces only). No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy: 11 swimming pools (5 heated seasonally), tennis courts, 18-hole mini golf, shuffleboard and a Beach House Restaurant with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Activities are just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park. If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home. A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away. Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields. Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. No more than 6 heartbeats allowed in this unit per the fire marshal.

No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit. We do not allow overflow parking. If more than 2 vehicles are brought the resort will tow, and you possibly could be evicted with no refund. No exceptions to this rule. There will be a proximity card left in the unit for guests. That card is how all guests will be able to enter Gulf Highlands security gate. The card must be left in the unit when a guest checks out. If the card is missing, damaged, or lost during the stay guests will be responsible for the $25.00 charge to replace the card.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

This property is dog friendly. All dogs must be 25 pounds or less. This unit allows 1 dog under 25 pounds. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Once the booking is confirmed a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be added to your reservation. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or any of our beds. All dogs must be picked up after. If the dog is left inside of the unit alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.

Gulf Highlands Terms & Conditions: If any of these rules are violated by guests you will be responsible for the fine associated with each violation & will be evicted immediately with no refund.
- Not following leash laws. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the condo at any given time. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- Not following pet waste regulations. All waste must be picked up from your dog. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- No parking pass. All vehicles must have parking pass displayed in the vehicle. $50.00 fine.
- Reckless Driving of Golf Carts. (This includes renting through the resort) $100.00 fine.
- Underage Golf Cart Driving. (This includes renting through the resort) $50.00 fine.
- Feeding Wildlife ( Example: Turtles, fish, & birds ) $50.00 fine.
- Violating Noise Ordinance $50.00 fine.
- Offensive or Unlawful Activities $100.00 fine.

Property is in need of a deep cleaning. Some of the furniture is chipped and in need of repair. I found a roach in my bathroom toiletries when I stored them under the sink. The location to the beach is great, but some of the other units in the neighborhood are in need of repairs. The management company includes disclaimers in all of the correspondence and signs around the condo that indicate all the charges you will incur for various things. It left the impression that they were going to find a way to fine you during the stay. We had evacuated for the hurricane and did not need the extra stress.

We had a great time! The beach was a 3 min walk and there was wagon to pull our chairs and umbrellas we brought! Restaurants were close and the kitchen was great for a quick breakfast or lunch!!
