You will love this eighth floor condo in Tower I. Unit 802 Majestic Beach Resort condo that sits directly on the beach with breathtaking views from the large balcony from the living room and master suite.

It's never too early to book accommodations for that special vacation with family or friends, or if you simply long for that well-deserved getaway, come discover the tranquility of beautiful Panama City Beach, where the crystalline emerald waters and sugar-white sands transport you to a state of relaxation and exhilaration.

This beautifully furnished beach front condo on the eighth floor Unit 802 of Tower I at Majestic Beach Resort entices you to kick back and unwind. An open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panorama view of our award-winning beaches. Three large bedrooms and three full baths with a bunk room with two twin beds, offers plenty of room to accommodate up to ten guests.

The master bedroom, with a king-size bed includes an attached bath with a jetted garden tub and a walk-in shower. Private balcony overlooking the beach. Large smart TV.

The second bedroom offers an inviting king-size bed with a private full bath. Large smart TV.

The third bedroom has two queen size beds with and adjacent full-size bathroom. Large Smart TV.

The fourth bedroom has a bonus bunk room with two twin beds and adjoining full size bathroom. Smart TV.

A fully furnished kitchen with all modern appliances with all the essentials to provide guests the amenities of home.

The gentle sounds of the surf and views of the beach will lure you to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Breathtaking stunning sunsets, Kick back and relax and watch the dolphins go by in the early mornings and sip coffee.

Majestic Beach Resort with 650 feet of private beach, is the cream of the crop, offering beach services that include beach chairs, parasailing, jet skis and banana boat rides. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water.

The onsite Majestic Market offers a variety of food and quick snacks, breakfast and lunch items and of course ice cream. Starbucks coffee to start your day. The Market also sells souvenirs and has a supply of those little pantry items you may have forgotten.

There are five pools onsite. Three large outdoor pools, two heated indoor pools, a kiddie pool with a waterfall, three jetted hot tubs to relax in after a day at the beach.

The H2O Bar & Grille offers lunch and dinner with amazing food from Wings to Street Tocos, plus pool side drinks.
An onsite fitness center with state-of-the art equipment, tennis and pickleball courts are also available.

Guests enjoy secured covered parking and covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four high speed elevators. This unit has one assigned parking space located on the third floor. Space 360 is available for your use. Two vehicles are allowed. $40 parking fee per vehicle. Parking instructions will be emailed to you from Guest Services. Golf Cart Parking is not allowed on the Resort. Majestic Beach Resort also has a Movie Theater with stadium seating, and a conference center for meetings and events.

When you get the urge to explore, close by is the fabulous Pier Park. Pier Park is Panama City's Beach's premier shopping and Entertaiment destination.

Frank Brown Park Sports Complex home to seasonal tournaments and events. Frank Brown Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach. Just over 100 acres, includes baseball, softball, soccer fields, batting cages, and more.

Great location. House was clean. Kitchen is small and outdated. Beds were comfortable. Showers were nice, plenty of hot water for showers after a long day at the beach. Plenty of space for my family of 8. The beach was very busy, lots of walking from parking deck. Parking did not come with the unit 40 per car. Overall a great stay.

DON'T RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGER or THIS UNIT! Especially if you have a SERVICE ANIMAL. The resort itself is nice. The condo was dirty, the floors hadn't been cleaned, there was dust on the baseboards, the showers are disgusting, we noticed one of the mattress pads had nasty stains on it. The hallway had broken floors tiles that my son cut his foot on. The Jacuzzi tub has black mold coming out of the jets, tub hadn't been cleaned. The front bedroom is like a sauna. The second master bedroom bathroom toilet was broke. The water valves were turned off. The property manager is very unprofessional. She acted like she wasn't aware of the broken toilet. Then, How did she know the toilet needed replacing, Her response was that she wasn't aware of it and that she would just have maintenance replace the toilet. Then she harassed me about my service animal. Telling me she was going to have to charge me an extra cleaning fee because they would have sanitize the unit. Why wouldn't that be part of the cleaning anyways. Why wouldn't you sanitize it. Obviously they don't sanitize crap! The most unprofessional property manager. She continues to harass me about my service animal due to some dog hair being in the unit. We swept the best we could. There was no vacuum in the unit . There wasn't much dog hair, but she acts like we destroyed the unit. She's very unprofessional! I'm still in shock by her ignorance with Florida and Federal laws when it comes to service animals. Worst experience

If you care about the finer things, this isnt it

The pros:Great location, nice balcony and views.The cons:The place was not Clean! Hair balls came out of every corner (behind beds, couch, dressers). The chair in the living room used to be white/cream but now is a dirt brown and just gross. We had to place a blanket on it just to sit there. Two of the comforters had stains. We had to go buy house shoes as the bottom of our socks would be brown from walking on the tile around the house.The heat level settings on the stove are rubbed off, so you have to guess which setting your pot is on. The pillows in the entire unit are those cheap walmart ones- if you care about comfort- bring your own. We tried to use the extra pillows that were in the closet; however, they did not come with pillow covers. When I texted the property manager about getting extra covers, she questioned Why we needed them and accused us of having more than 10 people in the unit (We had two families of 4 and my parents- total 10). When the maintenance person came to fix a broken vent, he too told the property manager that we have more than 10 people in the unit, EVEN THOUGH at the time he was there, we only had 8 present. Pretty bad when your maintenance person cant count. Then the manager texted me again about the number of ppl we had. I invited her to count us down at any time, day or night, but was told she's too busy.Don't harass your Paying customers when you're too busy anyway.Overall- if you care for the finer things- find something else.

Picture perfect

Condo looked exactly as featured. Very spacious and clean. Our family of 9 enjoyed it immensely. Great communication from property management. Close to some good restaurants/bakery. Minutes away from Walmart- this store was crowded but found it better in morning. Things were reasonably priced for our staples and even beach supplies. Would highly recommend condo. A bit disappointed in pool area of property. Small size for number of guests. Had daily entertainment which tended to be loud. We were at the beach most of the time and loved it.

Check in at 4. Arrival a little early, was told we could sit at pool. Had no wrist bands yet! Was asked to leave. Should have had a pior pick-up! Hassled about even walking around on resort without them! Will not stay again. Ridiculous! Heard the same from others.

Spring break 24

The location was good and view was amazing! Unfortunately some things were not what I would have expected, like several dishes we pulled out to use were dirty, cabinet door was broken, the bedroom door for the ocean view didn't close properly till the last day, the door wall was difficult to lock, soap slot for the washing machine was dirty and underneath the bed didn't seem to have been swept. Tried messaging through VRBO app and wouldn't connect, then called number listed and it was the owner who told me I needed to go through management. The resort wouldn't let us park the golf cart we rented, which I think should be stated in the VRBO description

Awesome family vacation spot

We visited in August 2023 and the place was better than we expected. Plenty of room and comfortable beds for the entire family. Lots of things to do in the area. Great view and awesome beach. Crystal clear water really amazed us. You could see small fish swimming at your feet, floating jellyfish (none that were harmful - but very cool to watch), and water was a perfect temperature. We drove to a nearby pier where we were able to go fishing, and were able to see a couple of sea turtles and dolphins were regular visitors. We rented a pontoon boat nearby and went into the bay and to Shell Island where we were able to wade in the shallow water and watch the fish swim around us. We were able to see a puffer fish, a live sand dollar, and lots of large shells. Unfortunately all of the large shells were occupied by live hermit crabs, so we left them be. My family had an awesome time and we hope to come back some day soon!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The property itself was very clean.We had an issue with the door code and the host was quick to respond with another code as he did with a couple of other questions I had. Very satisfied with that. We had 3 different families so there were 3 vehicles. There is only 2 parking passes so the other vehicle had to park down the street for $12.00 a day. So be prepared for that if you have more than 2 vehicles. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music every night so be prepared for that as well. We had to call the police it was so loud long after midnight. Even though the unit and host were very satisfactory, not sure if we would stay there again because of the parking and noise.

Panama Vacation

Property was excellent. Very spacious, clean and beautiful view. Parking and loading/unloading not very convenient and elevator wait was a pain. Location was okay. Could walk if to a few little places if healthy enough to do so. Short drive to local WalMart for shopping.

Great for Families

This unit was excellent for our family. We had a wide range of ages 2 - 60+ adults; 4 young adults and 3 young children - 6 mos, 4 yrs and 6 yrs. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of room to spread out. The area had plenty of entertainment for all ages.

Good condo, many property amenities

Condo- it was clean and the beds and couch were comfy. The 4 beds rooms gave us lots of space. There are minimal starting supplies like toilet paper, so be prepared to bring toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. all on day 1. Property-the pools are really close together, but fun. The luggage carts, security staff and parking garage staff were all great. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hallway and common areas. Restaurant- on our arrival day we visited H20 by the pools. The supervisor brought 3 plates of food that matched our party’s order, so they began to eat. A few moments later while we waited for the rest of our food, the supervisor came back screaming that we were eating someone else’s food. Then she screamed at the waitress, and then the waitress came and screamed at us. It was the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Our kids started crying and the staff made quite the scene for the entire pool area. I would NEVER go back there!
