Beachfront Sealee is an approximately 1600sqft 3 bedroom 3 bath 2 story townhome located on the world's most beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach Florida at the intersection of Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd.

As the pictures speak for themselves, Beachfront Sealee has surpassed the expectations of its visitors for years. Adorned with modern tasteful decor, Beachfront Sealee provides a wonderful place for it's visitors to relax and unwind. The back deck is covered and has a bar that overlooks the beach, providing a wonderful place to escape from the sun but still be immersed in the gorgeous white sand beaches.

While the high rise condominiums boast their "spectacular" views, this townhome is located in an area where you can see uninterrupted scenery for miles in both directions. From the constant shimmer of the emerald coast to the breathtaking pastel sunsets, this will be a place you and your family can truly feel comfortable.

The townhouse boasts many upgrades which include shiplap, wide whitewashed ceramic plank tile flooring, crown molding, beautiful custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless electrolux appliances, microwave, tile showers throughout, smart flat screen televisions throughout, Wi-Fi, remote controlled shades. The kitchen is also furnished with dishes, silverware, glasses and cookware.

The bedrooms are all graced with updated furnishings and have all the amenities you would expect of an elegant vacation resort. The master bedroom is graced with hardwood floors, king sized bed and a vaulted ceiling. It also has boasts the best view of the townhome with the press of a button as three large single pane windows reveal majestic panoramic views of the emerald coast. The master bathroom has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a large tiled shower. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, a queen bed. The bathrooom has a tiled shower with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The downstairs bedroom has ceramic plank flooring with a queen bed and a full size bunk bed. The bath downstairs has a tiled shower, custom cabinets, and granite countertops as well.

Some additional inclusions are a 75" smart tv in the living area, an outdoor play area that is located just off the back deck (Great for small children!), a private outdoor shower at the base of the back porch, and the walking surface of the upper deck is composed of composite board (Cooler than standard decks and you don't have to worry about splinters or nails!) You will also enjoy the gazebo added on the back porch.

Sealee is located 3/4 of a mile to the west of the famous Pier Park shopping and eating resort. Also, you can enjoy festivals of fireworks during certain times of the year that are shot from the pier (which is visible from the back porch!)

Beachfront Sealee couldn't be in a more convenient location. Most essentials are within walking distance of the townhome. This includes a Winn-Dixie grocery & liquor store, CVS pharmacy, Buddy's Seafood Market, Gas Station, McDonald's and several other restaurants.

Our cleaning service provides professional and friendly service. They are very thorough (The unit will be cleaned and ready for your vacation when you arrive.)

Our family enjoyed our week at this townhome. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. There are many seating options in the living area - bar stools, chairs around the table, sofa, 2 recliner chairs and extra chairs if needed. The outdoor deck is covered which was nice on the one rainy day we had. The star of this show, though, is the location and view of the beach! It really can’t be beat!

This property is the perfect location! Right on the beach. They have chairs, so no need to purchase. Grocery store and souvenir shops super close. It is right down the road from amazing restaurants as well. The pictures are accurate. The living area is bigger than I thought it would be. We had our kids with us (4 kids - party of 6) and we were extremely comfortable!! The view is amazing, water was great!! We will be back!

The condo had plenty of room for 6 ladies on a girls trip. The best part was the patio and closeness to the beach! The kitchen and living room area was nicer than the pictures portrayed and the view from the primary bedroom was amazing. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants and to the grocery store.

I recently had the pleasure of renting this townhouse in Panama City Beach for my vacation, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the owner went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The townhouse itself was absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the beach and nearby attractions. I was particularly impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The location of the townhouse was ideal, offering easy access to the beach and being in close proximity to various entertainment options. But what truly took my breath away were the views. Whether it was the stunning sunsets over the ocean or the panoramic vistas of the surrounding area, every moment spent on the balcony was a feast for the eyes. What truly set this vacation rental apart was the outstanding level of service provided by the owner. Wilma’s attentiveness and promptness in resolving any issues were truly commendable. Overall, my stay at this townhouse was nothing short of perfect, and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Wilma for providing such a wonderful vacation rental experience.

My husband and I, and our 5 children stayed at the townhome. The ages of our children range from 22-4 years old. The ease of going to and from the beach was perfect! The condo was beautiful, and they had everything you need to cook with. I will say there is not a pantry, but there is counter space to keep items on. We had no trouble with the neighbors, or getting a beach spot because it is a public beach.

Our family enjoyed staying in this townhouse. It is very spacious and really nice inside. The covered deck is wonderful. The privacy curtains were very much appreciated. If you like walking straight out onto the beach, you’ll love this townhouse.

We loved this place! Wilma was very responsive & east to communicate with. The place was spacious & so clean. All the fixtures & surfaces were very high end. My group & I loved sitting on the covered patio & watching the ocean. We saw several dolphins! We could also walk down the steps of our deck & be right on a very quiet part of the beach. We definitely want to come back.

We rented this amazing property to spend the week with our family of 5 and my parents and we were not disappointed. The description and photos didn’t do this beautiful home justice. The deck is spacious with plenty of seating for 8+. The cover provided shade from the sun after spending the day at the ocean. The ocean is just steps away and makes it so easy to go back and forth to the house, especially with having small kids in tow. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful. The whole property was clean from top to bottom. There is t a thing I would change. The hosts were so very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. All of us are looking forward to the next visit. I cannot recommend this rental enough.

We had a great time on the beach. Could set up our tent as close to the beach as we wanted. Hardly anyone around us so we didn't have to wake up super early and claim our spot on the beach; it was nice. It's in the perfect location to hop onto either Front Beach Rd or take Hwy 98 out and around. The deck and patio furniture are great. They're the composite stuff that doesn't hurt your feet or get too hot. This was our second time staying there and they've added an outdoor cover and fan which was nice to sit outside and stay covered during the days when people wanted to be outside, but not on the beach. Only "complaint" was the downstairs queen mattress was not very comfortable; needs replacing. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Outside garbage can was already full when we checked in. Only provided 1 dishwasher soap pod (stayed there for 5 days). Provided a small amount of toilet paper, had to go buy our own. The floor was so dirty (our feet were black)! Don’t have cleaning supplies and very short of amenities. Somebody’s shorts, dirty socks and underwear was left in the drawers. Guest bedroom upstairs the shower didn’t drain when taking showers and the floor is bubbly. Don’t provide any hand soap for the bathrooms. AC sensor need new batteries. Water filter in the fridge need replaced. Wonderful location and a few steps to the beach. Provide a big chest for the beach toys. Have a nice gazebo with curtains and patio furniture. Have a couple of water hose/shower to clean the sand off. Beds are clean. Extra chairs when needed. Kitchen is great.

Lovely Beach Townhome. Fully renovated with great high ceilings. Has a great outdoor space fully covered with access right on the beach. There is an outdoor shower and beach floats and chairs. Master bedroom has a million-dollar view. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful townhome at a great location. Honestly didn’t want to leave the property with the beautiful beach steps out the back. When we did leave, it was because we needed groceries, and there was a Winn/Dixie right across the street and a fish market .5 miles away. Definitely want to come back next year already.

Wonderful accommodations and location to Pier Park. Wish we could have enjoyed the property more but we were there for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Definitely a perfect location on the beach plus not a lot of traffic. Had a housekeeping issue but the owner was very responsive and issue was resolved immediately. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

This was one of the prettiest vacation homes we have ever stayed in. The location is our favorite - close to the shops and restaurants but also quiet on the beach side. Our children absolutely loved it. We would love to book another stay. This place is perfection!
