Risky Business is close to town and features mid mod inspired art and furnishings, a free-flowing floor plan, and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. You'll also find ping pong and an arcade game! Beds: K,K,K,K

The backyard is walled and gated for privacy. It features a saltwater pool with an integrated spa, dining pavilion with fire pit table and BBQ grill, and an outdoor lounge. Gorgeous mountain views. This vacation home is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to everything while still being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of a walled and gated property.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The very private backyard has a heated saltwater pool with an integrated spa, lounge chairs, and a lounge area. There’s also a covered dining pavilion with a fire pit table and a BBQ grill. Mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this special property. *Please note: The backyard is small and is best suited for smaller dogs*

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This chic vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. The free flowing floor plan provides plenty of space for your entire group to spend time together, or step away for some alone time. Sliding glass doors let the light pour in and blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The family room features a flatscreen TV, comfortable seating, and is complete with a wet bar - plus an arcade game! The adjacent dining area sits up to 8 guests and features a gas fireplace.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high speed internet, upgraded heating and cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, and a gas fireplace. It's truly a delight to experience this amazing property - you will never want to leave.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, access to the backyard, a desk - perfect for remote working and learning - and an en suite bathroom which features a double sink, and a separate shower and soaking tub. The 3 Guest Rooms also feature King beds and share easy access to a guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a powder room by the front door.

THE LOCATION
Located on a quiet residential street in the lovely Los Compadres neighborhood - extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops and galleries. You'll be just a few minutes to the casino, hiking trails and bustling downtown. Grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

No Risk, Big Reward

I booked "Risky Business" for a birthday getaway and it did not disappoint. From the smallest details like hand soap/lotion in every bathroom to the big details like super comfy beds and fun amenities (video game console!), Risky Biz was super fun even in "winter". I hope to come back in warmer weather to really soak up the great pool.

Annual summer vacation

Risky Business was very spacious for our large group. Just a little FYI, the living room/dinning room area & kitchen never cooled down. Temperature in that part of the house was always warm. Adjusted the temp on the AC per the house manual and had no luck. The hallway bathroom tub/shower control froze up, but Danny came to the rescue to fix it for us. All of us enjoyed the arcade game. Fun for all ages. Thank you Acme

Perfect Palm Springs Vaca:)

We could not have been happier with our stay at Risky Business in Palm Springs. Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was super clean, the pool and spa were so fun for our family, the kitchen well stocked , beds very comfy, yard worked very well for our family and labradoodle! We'll be back for sure!

Family reunion

We gathered as a family for an adults only birthday celebration spread over a long weekend. Highlights: spacious, immaculate house, yard with shade respite from the bright sun, hot tub (perfect after management adjusted the temp upward), easy access to Joshua Tree and great Palm Springs shopping and dining, challenging local hikes, very quiet neighborhood. Management was very responsive when we called to report a broken faucet in the guest full bath. Plenty of towels and complimentary coffee and toiletries.

Perfect getaway house

We loved everything about this house, from the clean, bright design to the open layout to the way it was furnished with everything we might need, in good working order. The pool/spa area and outdoor lounging and dining areas were wonderful—great views of mountains and palm trees as we basked in the sun with hummingbirds flying by. There was an issue with the keypad when we were checking in, but the company responded promptly, got us in through a workaround, and fixed the keypad without inconveniencing us. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Fabulous home in Palm Springs

The only reason this home gets four stars overall from me is that some of the pillows in the couches and pillows on the kitchen bench were a bit tired looking. A few had stains on them. Also, when we arrived the previous tenants trash was still outside. Acme took care of removal / cleaning trash spillage right away. One of the fans broke in a bedroom, not ideal during 115° days, but again Acme sent someone out ASAP to fix it. I agree with previous reviewers this home does lack serving ware, ie: platter dishware, larger bowls for group meals, that sort of thing. The master bed did not have a fitted sheet, which made getting tangled in sheets easy. The bathrooms and bedrooms overall were very nice and comfortable. The decor all over the house is super fun. The pool was incredible and relaxing . It was too hot to grill or eat at the beautiful and massive table outside, but it was nice to have the option. I would 100% consider staying here again, so long as they fix those few things.

Amazing Get-a-way!

If you need a beautiful spacious house that fits the feel of a Palm Springs special getaway than this is it! Beautiful open space, tasteful interior, beautiful pool and outdoor space! We will be back. All of my friends loved it and had a great weekend.

WOW

What a beautiful home. We celebrated one daughter phd graduation and another daughters gender reveal (we’re having a grandson yay) the house was perfect. From the decor inside to outside. Even more spacious than the pictures reflect especially the master bedroom. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool we stayed outside for the most part swimming, watching the hummingbirds and eating. Our 9 year old grandson was entertained with the arcade game, ping pong and of course the pool he gives it 10 stars lol.
