CHECK OUT THE 3D VIRTUAL TOUR. A large great room with a granite faced fireplace opens to a large bright kitchen/dining area. The kitchen was remodeled with an added island, new countertops, new sink, new range and new recessed lighting. Top of the line Samsung and Maytag appliances compliment the large space. The Master suite has two walk-in closets, the bath a claw-foot tub and a glass enclosed shower with Hans-Grohe custom fixtures. A second bedroom has it's own private bathroom, then a guest bathroom recently remodeled and finally pool accessible bathroom. The pebbletec pool features a stack-stone waterfall. A separate stack-stone waterfall empties into a pebbletec mini-river with a Japanese Pagoda and bridge. Solar panels generate electricity with average monthly electric bills of $63.56. Newer upgrades include a/c, ducting, electrical panel, LED lighting, painting, sprinkler valves, energy efficient pool motor and filter. ADA friendly. Buyer to verify square footage.

Girls Get Away!

We loved the Zen Retreat. We were minutes from all the activities we wanted. The place was so nicely done, roomy, clean, comfortable. The Pool is the best part. We floated for hours each day. The managers were only a text away, with help, suggestions, or to answer ANY questions. We all plan to return with our individual families. Thanks for a great weekend get away!

Tennis paradise stay

The house was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Everyone in the group was happy and raved about the comfortable beds. Communication with the property managers was great—they were responsive and helpful. We would definitely book with them again!

3 day break.

This was a perfect property for our stay. It was comfortable (oh! The master bed, I wanted to take it home!). It has everything you need and the sheets and towels are of a fantastic quality. Kitchen is well stocked and has coffee facilities and a kettle for Brit tea lovers. There is a little tlc required on the outside areas to keep the property premium but I know it will happen. We really enjoyed our stay but was disappointed that the pool wasn’t up and running, as requested We were refunded very quickly however and Jeremy was extremely communicative and dealt with things immediately. Please go, you willl love it. I’m sorry I had to leave.

Very nice

The property looks even nicer in person. The host was accessible and welcoming and worked with our schedule which included a 3.5 hour wait at the rental car. The beds, pillows, and furniture are comfortable. The claw foot tub and soap provided are very nice. Labeled light switches, stocked kitchen, and pool a nice plus. Thank you.

The BEST Palm Springs VRBO house

This spotless three bedroom home with a pool and fruit trees in the backyard is the perfect vacation rental. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and numerous restaurants and hiking locales, it met and exceeded our every need. The hosts allowed us to check in early and greeted us at the door with ten minutes advance notice. There is really not one thing to fault with our experience, and we highly recommend this property!

Zen Paradise Property

The property looks just like the pictures. The location is less than 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, which was a plus, as we went into town several times. The overall experience was excellent, and would stay on this property again.

Great weekend get a way!!

We stayed at the Zen house with my handicap son, who is in a wheelchair. The house is roomy and spacious and all one level. The house has upgraded linens, towels, etc. We enjoyed Halloween weekend relaxing in the backyard listening to the waterfall.

Great property and location

We stayed at this place for a weekend with friends for bachelorette party. Property was nice and clean with everything and more. Very close to everything in Palm Springs. Host was super welcome and easy to communicate with and fast. Pool was beautiful and clean. I do suggest to pay for heating it since the water was very cold initially even in September. Kitchen had all supplies we needed to make food and barbecue worked great. Beds were comfortable with enough blankets. Bedroom that closest to the living room had very light blinds so early in the morning it gets pretty bright. Other rooms didn’t have that small issue. There was enough towels and bathrooms for everyone. Check in and check out was fast and simple. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would consider to rent it again!

Beautiful backyard Eden

Quiet, clean and well stocked. Welcoming Rick met us at the door and answered all of our questions. A very pleasant stay with the pool, waterfalls and fruit trees. The best home we had rented in PS.

Perfect!

Amazing location and great house! Stayed during the hottest weekend of the year and the house remained cool from the a/c. Our car was even happy with the great garage! The most pet friendly we could ask for, and the cleaning was top notch. The guys were also great to deal with and responded immediately to any questions. Would love to come back!

Relaxing weekend

I love love love this place! The backyard was wonderful. We were able to let our 6-month-old husky run outside without fear of her escaping (not an easy thing to achieve) The home is comfortable with lots of open space. The master shower is FANTASTIC! (a good shower is important). Very comfortable bed (equally important) The host was quick to respond. - although I didn't need them much they had it set up perfectly! (had I known how to work the push key lock I wouldn't have bugged them) We are looking forward to another stay.

The perfect getaway.

We have been vacationing in Palm Springs for at least 20 years. For the past several years we stayed in the same place but the owner has it up for sale and no longer renting it out. We were afraid we would never find someplace comparable....but we like this one even more. For us it is perfect. For our dog, it is even more perfect. He loved playing in the river. We will be back next year.

Spa Like Stay

The property was relaxing and comfortable. We were close to stores, the tram and a short ride downtown. The pool was clean and refreshing and the pond gave a spa vibe that was very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend
