"I would not stay here again. It is inconvenient that there’s no staff onsite after 5p. The room itself is pretty but that’s about the only plus. The bath towels are large, which I appreciate. The included breakfast was delicious. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay. The rooms are hot with no air circulation. You cannot use the air con during the “winter” so the room is hot and stuffy, the bathroom is even worse. We had to sleep with the windows open and it’s very loud outside. Someone was doing...

"We had the Romantica room we had a lovely balcony that overlooks the Botanical Garden behind it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect. Dining and shopping right outside the door. Tourist attractions are a short walking distance away."

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the train station. It is clean, 24 hr. Checking and friendly staff. Also it has a Café in the property. "We arrived around 7 pm and were warmly greeted by front desk staff. Our room was exactly as pictured and very nicely appointed. We woke up to beautiful sunshine through the large windows and birds singing. The perfect way to wake up on our first morning in Italy! Highly recommend this hotel. Very walkable to the tower as well as many cafes/restaurants. Staff was again very helpful at checkout with securing a taxi for us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."
