"The property offered everything we needed for a 1 night stay in Pisa - great location, the sights within easy walking distance. Room was large and airy and bathroom had everything you could want. The owners were the kindest and most helpful men, who came to meet us when our driver got lost, and booked a taxi to the airport the next day."

"What an adventure! The google directions intimidated us and we had a moment turning down a very narrow street like, will this car make it … but we made it! And it was worth it. The hotel is very charming. Alice at the front desk was very pleasant/ helpful and helped walk us through parking. Pisa parking is a bit intimidating and she made it easy. "The rooms were fabulous and spacious, and the property host was as nice as one could ever hope. The location couldn’t be better. Very close to the main pedestrian way, and a short walk to the tower. I’ll add we had a small problem (not an issue with the property!), and the host was very helpful as we found a solution. We would stay again without hesitation."

"We arrived at Pisa airport late in the evening. It cost about 15 Euros to the accommodation by taxi. We moved to Florence next day so it was perfect for an overnight stay. The room was basic but compact and clean. There is a kitchen which is convenient. However, the walls are rather thin and a couple of young tourists were taking rather loudly in the corridor at 11.30pm which was annoying. I had to ask them to be quiet. "Although very brief, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive and kind, allowing us to store our luggage before check in and after check out. The room, although small, was nice for what we needed. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being a short walk from the city center and a few minutes from the tower. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. "

"Great place for location to central Pisa. Staff were very friendly. Only minor complaint would be the AC and the wifi, AC didn’t cool as much as needed and wifi was in and out. Still, you don’t come to Italy to sit in a room and be on wifi. "

"Beautiful old home converted into a Boutique Hotel. Lovely grounds. We stayed in a room in the back of the property, maybe an old converted garage or shed. It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service. "

"1st floor rooms are really noisy, some beds also are completely obsolete, we asked to change for an upper floor room and it was perfect, the staff was helpful so that made up for the bad first nights."

"Communal areas were very nice but our room (102) whilst having a separate seating area to the bedroom was poor for a four star hotel. The bathroom was clean but requires an upgrade as the fittings, wall and floor tiling are way past their best. Breakfast was reasonable but not for a four star hotel. I like fresh fruit at breakfast but part of the offering was tinned pineapple and peaches. The fresh fruit bowl contained mainly chopped apple and oranges with very minor additions of other fruits....
