Freshly renovated, beautiful, unique, fully furnished studio condo conveniently located in Downtown Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Walk to Pagosa Hot Springs, the river, walking trails, movie theatre, fantastic restaurants, shopping and more! This unit features a full kitchen with granite countertops and travertine floors, including stove, convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer. The living room features oak hardwood floors, a full sized futon, queen sized murphy bed (w/ new mattress), twin airbed if needed, gas fireplace, and balcony overlooking downtown. Perfect for a relaxing vacation to the Pagosa Hot Springs, Wolf Creek Ski area, or any of the other great adventures Pagosa has to offer!

There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.

We’ve been coming to Pagosa for quite a few years. Have stayed in various locations. This was the first time staying downtown, the apartment is just as pictured. The patio is perfect to relax and watch the cars go by. We really enjoyed and will definitely recommend!

Did not stay. Listing did not state it was on second floor. My husband is disabled and my daughter and I have bad knees. Did not find out about it until that morning. We lost 500.00. I was not able to cancel. The cancel button was grayed out. Very disappointed. Probably not use again. Will not recommend. It is not easy for seniors to use. It just really upsets me that we lost that money. Host said if we looked at the pictures we would see it was on second floor. I read the listing that did not state second floor and no elevator.

Great location, nice hot shower, comfortable bed! There were a few kitchen items that were hard to use due to them being broken or well used; the fireplace struggled a little bit too. Everything else was great!

This was a great condo, very clean and well appointed. There is some traffic noise day and night which did not bother the humans but kept our dog awake. The listing says it is a full kitchen and lists an oven but there is no oven, this meant that I wasted money on ingredients for a casserole I could not cook and also had to spend $$ to eat out for 2 meals stead. That should be corrected on the listing and most ppl probably don’t cook anyway.

This is a great property located in downtown Pagosa Springs. You can easily walk to all downtown businesses, the park and the river. We had a couple (very) minor issues, but communication with the host was excellent and everything was taken care of right away. The place was clean, a great size for a couple and homey. This property will definitely be at the top of our list when returning to Pagosa.

Booking, check-in, access were all very easy. The property was as advertised, clean & very nice. Walking distance to several cafes & coffee places, as well as about 2 blocks to river walk. Down side would be road noise (right on main thruway). Other than that, not too bad, it was terrific.

Took a 2 week road trip with my wife, staying at multiple vacation rentals. This by far was the worst. Average check in and check out times are 3pm and 11am, respectively. This place has an hour later and an hour earlier than average. Take this into account if you're doing an overnighter. Parking was confusing b/c the instructions on the fridge give instructions that are not applicable to this rental. Found myself searching for the correct parking spot @1030pm with my cell phone flashlight b/c there's no lights. Finding the room was difficult b/c the door to the rental says "Reynolds Ash & Associates Architecture and Engineering"... not the door I'd open first to find my home rental. Luckily a shop owner took pity on me and helped me by explaining that he always has to help people find the door to the home rental (I'm not the first confused customer and unless the owner improves communications with the customer I will not be the last). Every vacation rental we stayed at had coffee grounds for their guests... not this one. Lastly, the shower drain is maximally clogged. After I showered, I was up to my ankles in water. After my wife showered, she was up to mid shins. When we checked out, the tub had not completely drained yet... yuck. I gave an extra star b/c location on main street is pretty amazing & the place was immaculately clean. But as you can see from my rating, a renter can't just rely on the property to carry the ratings--> customer experience is more important.

It was a short stay. Very nice. I enjoyed my evening and it was entertaining watching the people scurry along the street below this comfortable apartment in town. In the morning, I went a few doors down for breakfast at Pagosa Bakery, and then took myself on a river walk. Good location. Clean. I felt safe here. The owner or property manager pulled the murphy bed down for me which was very helpful. The studio feels surprisingly spacious.
