When you drive up to the property and park, look down the street. Inhale deeply, take in the peacefulness of the vast desert landscape. Exhale, leave the worries of everyday life behind. Your vacation begins.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted with a sense of HOME and COMFORT. We invite you to embrace your vacation fully and leave the chores behind. It is designed to help you spend quality time with your family and friends, and make it challenging for you to slip back into your everyday life. Recharge by connecting with yourself, your people, and the nature surrounding you.

Walking through the front door, you’ll enter the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a view of the large backyard. In the living room, there are 2 comfortable leather couches, 55” Roku TV, couple of board games to pass the time and a Visitor's book. Leave us a note, we love reading about your adventures. Dining area has a bar height dining table which seats 4 and can extend to seat 6. There are 4 seats at the large kitchen island.

In the kitchen, start your morning at the coffee bar with a variety of brews, teas, and hot chocolate. Toast a bagel, then head out for adventure. We'd like to invite you to take a break from cooking and embrace your vacation fully by dining out or ordering in from nearby eateries. For those who absolutely insist on cooking (we tried!), we’ve got you covered with basic utensils, pots, pans, a Crockpot, and even a spice collection. There's also a propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the sizzle, grill and chill.

The laundry room, located just off the kitchen, is always open for easy access and improved airflow for the HVAC system. All the cabinets are used for storage and are locked. For spills and little messes, feel free to use the mop and bucket, or the broom and dustpan. Page gets very dusty, being in the middle of the desert, with common wind storms passing through. That’s why we placed a Tikom robot vacuum cleaner just under the shoe rack. One of the only ‘chores’ we envision you doing is pressing the power button on and letting it take care of the rest.

Through the sliding glass door, you’ll find a large, fully fenced backyard, perfect for your kids and pets to run around and play. There’s a grill, fire pit, storage bin with outdoor games and plenty of seating.

When you're ready to rest, there are plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations.

The spacious Master Bedroom #1 comfortably sleeps 4, featuring a King bed and Queen pull out couch. In the walk-in closet, you'll find everything needed for the sleeper couch, neatly stored in a clearly labeled bag, along with a Queen air mattress and its accompanying linens in another labeled storage bag. Included is a 55" Roku TV. The en suite bathroom features a quartz vanity with dual sinks and a spacious shower. A large storage cabinet is reserved for personal items and supplies, so its doors remain locked.

Bedroom #2 comfortably sleeps 2 with a King bed featuring memory foam mattress, 55" Roku TV, closet with plenty of hangers and blackout thermal curtains. For light sleepers there's a sleep sound machine. The room is spacious enough to accommodate the air mattress in the open corner, though some (like us) may prefer setting it up in the living room behind the couch. If placing the air mattress in this bedroom, please ensure the floor vent remains unobstructed for proper airflow.

Cozy and functional, Bedroom #3 comfortably sleeps 2 with a Queen bed with a 14" memory foam mattress and thoughtful amenities. A dedicated desk with a chair and lamp creates a convenient, private workspace for those who need to focus. As the coziest and darkest room in the house, it’s perfect for a restful night’s sleep. To enhance relaxation, we've also included blackout thermal curtains and a sleep sound machine.

Guests in Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a nearby hallway bathroom, featuring a single sink marble vanity and a tub/shower combo for added convenience.

For larger groups of up to 10, additional sleeping options include setting up the Queen air mattress in Bedroom #2 or the living room, or utilizing the 2 leather couches.

For those traveling with boats, jet skis, 4-wheelers, RVs, or other toys, there’s about 80 feet of parking right in front of the house. This space can easily accommodate 2 vehicles with smaller boats, or 1 vehicle with a larger boat and 1 with jet skis. Alternatively, it can fit 3 to 4 vehicles without trailers. If you're traveling with a larger group and more toys, additional parking areas are available, just ask!


This home is proudly owned, serviced, and maintained by a USAF veteran family. We've designed it to enhance your vacation experience with thoughtful details:

* Waterproof and bed bug-proof mattress and pillow encasements on all beds for your peace of mind.
* No carpet to reduce dust, dander, and allergens, only one area rug for comfort.
* Local emergency contact available to address any issues during your stay.
* Support for local small businesses through our cleaning, pest control, and maintenance providers.
* Dog-friendly with a large, fully fenced-in backyard for your pets to enjoy.
* No laundry list of chores before checkout. We ask that you leave the home in an orderly manner, but leave the cleaning to us.
* Complimentary 1-hour early check-ins and 1-hour late check-outs with prior authorization (pending availability). Extended options are available for an additional fee, depending on the schedule.
* Conveniently located near all the local attractions.

House Rules :

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

During this time, no unauthorized guests or pets are allowed on the property. Please review your reservation to ensure all guests and pets staying on the property are listed.
Any additions must be made and any applicable guest or pet fees paid before check-in. Additional guest fees are charged per guest, per night. Additional pet fees are charged per pet, per stay.

We understand the significance of pets and service animals. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following :

1. Advance notice - kindly notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet or service animal. It is also required by our insurance carrier to have a record of all dogs staying on property. There's a pet fee, assessed per stay, when making the reservation.

2. Animal behavior - your pet/service animal should be well behaved and non destructive. Please ensure that your animal is calm and does not cause any disturbances. Animals are not allowed on any furniture, indoors or outdoors. Your animal shall not be left unattended on premises without prior written approval. If approved, your animal shall be left indoors, in a medium size crate/kennel provided or you must bring your own suitable size crate if necessary. Crate is already set up for you. It is located in the living room.

3. Cleaning - You're responsible for cleaning up after your animal and keeping premises in sanitary conditions. We do not provide any poop bags or scoopers. We provide spray bottle with ODOBAN in it to maintain a pleasant and sanitary environment for all our guests. PLEASE SPRAY THE AREA EVERY TIME YOUR PET RELIEVES ITSELF ON THE TURF, ROCKS OR THE FENCE. You can find it in the cabinet under the kitchen sink along with other cleaning supplies. Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from your animal's actions will be solely your responsibility.

4. We are happy to host you and your Service Animals. Please specify if you're bringing a Service animal or Emotional support animal. ADA allows us to ask these 2 questions regarding your Service animal.

We have additional strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animals.

Guests acknowledge and understand that desert is home to critters, such as, but not limited to, rodents, lizards, spiders, scorpions, snakes, ants and flying and crawling insects, some of which are venomous. We are contracted with a pest control company for scheduled treatments, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in or around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. To help with this matter, please keep all doors and windows properly closed at all times.

By booking this property, or by being one of the guests participating in a confirmed reservation on this property, you agree to hold the owner(s), operator(s), and cohost harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, lawsuits, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses. By participating in a confirmed reservation, all guests understand that they have permission to use the property and all its amenities, during the specified time period, at their own risk.

We absolutely love this property. The house was clean and spacious. The backyard was great for our dog. We played bags and hung out in the evening. You could not pick a better location than this home. It was 10 minutes or less away from everything! I highly recommend staying here. Definitely five stars.
