This is a nice home that could be made so much better with some better amenities and maintenance. We started a list due to the volume of issues/areas for improvement that keep this rental from being top tier. The view is incredible! The beds were comfortable and the heated tile floor is a nice touch.
However...
Bed sheets were rough and have pills.
Kitchen stool and table have loose legs (one fell off while we were there, we attached it as best as possible without proper tools).
Weeds are overgrown and covering some steps on the path; there are insufficient lights on path/steps to the hot tub. This path is steep and uneven so these issues are actually a safety issue.
Shades in bedrooms are sheer so it's difficult to sleep in.
Kitchen is minimally/poorly equipped (insufficient glassware for number of people, there is no salt or even a starter pack of coffee, no blender, dirty pans, food covered/ rusted cast iron skillet, 2 hot pan holders both with holes that led to someone getting a burn).
Insufficient bathroom towels for number of guests allowed.
Long, white pet hair on some furniture and the floor.
Many recreating activities advertised in listing were missing balls or were inoperable (pool table balls missing, kids bike flat tire and no pump, rackets but not balls, no corn hole bags).
Microwave/oven touch pad needs recalibrating or repair... it took several people several minutes to turn on and set temperature for every use.
