"The customer service and communication is excellent. Even though their digital key system was not compatible with my phone, they sent someone onsite within 15 minutes to resolve the issue for me. So efficient! Even some "normal" hotel with staff onsite is not this efficient. Love everything about this property. Jamie, Mary and Shannen was beyond excellent!"

"The location was idea for seeing around the marina and also the gardens by the bay. The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and the staff very helpful to help with my son’s allergies. The pool was great, however it was a shame that they could not allow my son into the whirlpool as it was over 18, but to be honest if a parent was there for guidance that should have been allowed. The room was very nice, however it would have been nice to have a separate door to close between the bathroom and walk...
