"The place was nice and very clean. There was some communication problems with parking but the biggest issue was the nightlife in the neighborhood. We knew we were staying above a bar/restaurant and that is was an area with many bars however had no idea the noise level would be as excessive as it was. Every night we stayed there it was until 3am. Motorcycles and cars revving engines all night. We had long days at the convention center so were pretty exhausted by the end of the trip.
