"Dangerous place to stay. Unauthorized key was given to an unknown party and the manager excuse was she was a new employee. Front end staff very rude. Rooms aren’t cleaned throughly. Parking lots are dimmed and no cameras are working in the hotel hallways or park lot. Risky property. I would not recommend."

"The elevator wasn’t working, the TV wasn’t connected to the WiFi and I reached to the staff’s and they said that some of the tvs are not smart. The room was a disaster and smells horrible. The hallway has a strong smoke odor. The breakfast was not to bad I can rate 3-10. I tried to get a refund after the reservation but I couldn’t. The staff very unprofessional even I went to do the checkout the person was eating at that time and make an angry face when I ring a bell that they have there."

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port.
The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future.
It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right.
