For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Das Appartement ist soweit ok. Alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann den Strand bequem, nach kleinem Spaziergang von ca.14-20min, gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Bett ist sehr weich und Matratze zur Seite hin "abfallend"...nicht so schön. Die Terresse vor dem Eingang ist recht ungepflegt und liegt vorwiegend im Schatten des Hauses. Der vorhandene Wäscheständer ist ein uraltes, defektes, wackeliges Ding, aber ich war froh, dass ich einen da hatte, für benutzte Handtücher.

Eher für Kurz-Urlauber geeignet - Preis-/Leistung ??

Wir hatten knapp zwei Wochen richtiges Wetter-Glück. Anderenfalls wäre uns diese FeWo wohl schnell zu klein geworden. Der kleine Ersatz-Backofen funktioniert nicht wirklich gut und das Kühlschrank-TK-Fach fehlt in der Praxis tatsächlich. Die Räume waren sauber und ordentlich, wenn man von ein paar Spinnweben incl. Bewohnern an der Decke absieht. Die (recht weichen) Matratzen waren offenbar noch nicht alt, aber die verwendeten grünen Matratzenschoner verhindern durch ihre Gummierung fast jegliche Belüftung und sollten nicht mehr verwendet werden. Die Terrasse war nicht so gut gepflegt, teils sehr stark bemoost und mit Flechten / Unkraut bewachsen - besonders unter dem (ebenfalls schon leicht grünlich schimmernden) Tisch. Die Hecke wurde während unserer Anwesenheit beschnitten, allerdings blieb ein Teil des Verschnitts einfach liegen. Sehr schade. Das Objekt liegt fußläufig von allen wesentlichen Punkten (Strand, Restaurants, EDEKA) mindestens 15 Min. entfernt. Aus den genannten Gründen halten wir das momentane Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht für angemessen.

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung alles, was man braucht, auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Da die Wohnung sehr klein ist, wäre eine etwas hellere Wandfarbe und Gardinen aus unserer Sicht vorteilhafter.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in gemütlicher ruhiger Lage direkt am Rand des Nationalparks. Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Auch ein Fahrradverleih war gleich in der Nähe. Es war ein insgesamt schöner Urlaub.

Klein und ruhig

Das Appartment ist ein Hinterhaus und sehr ruhig. Es erstrahlt innen in Orange, auch die Plisses, die den Raum dann abdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die Küchenzeile mit Geschirr ausreichend. Es gibt genug Stauraum durch einen massiven Schrank. Fußbodenheizung sorgt für eine angenehme Temperatur auch an kalten Tagen. Schön wären ein paar Trinkgläser, Schneidebretter ohne Plastikabrieb und Töpfe ohne kaputte Beschichtung. Die Agentur ist super nett und kooperativ.

Die Lage in 2. Reihe ist sehr ruhig. Außerdem ist die Entfernung zum Nationalpark sehr kurz. Der Bäcker und das Zentrum des Ortes ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Die Ferienwohnung liegt herrlich ruhig nicht allzu weit vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist klein, aber es gibt alles was man braucht. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Direkt in der Strasse gibt es einen Bäcker und Restaurants sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Die Komunikation war supper einfach und alles was man dazu gebucht hatte, wie Bettwäsche und Hantücher, war alles da. Es ist nicht so Zentral aber das fanden wir sehr angenehm, da man seine Ruhe hatte. Man ist recht schnell am Strand ca. 10-15 an der Straße langschländern dann ist man da. Mit Auto kann man vieles recht schnell erreichen.

Velmi slušné ubytování

Malý, ale velmi dobře vybavený apartmán, pro dvě osoby úplně dostačující, umístění pro cyklisty vyhovující, okolí velmi klidné a tiché. Ocenili jsme přímý vstup z terasy a to, že apartmán není ve vyšším podlaží.
