"I found Centra Hotel Zurich online and decided to book it after reading the positive reviews. A week later, I returned and stayed for one more night, which says a lot about how much I enjoyed my first stay. The property is very clean, quiet, and ideal for a good night’s sleep. My room was spacious and had a balcony, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from downtown Zurich. I stayed during unusually hot Swiss evenings in late June 2026, yet the room stayed cool enough for me to sleep...

"We made 3 phone calls to request an extra blanket/cover, but it was never delivered. Also at the front desk, the check-in staff didn't explain clearly the charges which is way beyond what we booked (turned out just need some clarification on city tax and deposit)."

"It is close to the airport. The Rumlang train station is just a block away. For food options, there is a McDonalds and a Subway at a walking distance from the hotel. It worked well for my purpose."

"This hotel is close to the Kloten Balsberg train station. 10 min walk from the train station. Similar distance from the tram station as well. The property is well maintained. The airport shuttle was quite convenient. You need to pre-book it."

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."
