"Die Nähe vom Letzigrund Stadion ist als ausserordentlich gut zu bewerten (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss). Nach dem Konzert wollten wir noch Fussball-WM im TV schauen, leider hat sich der TV regelmässig nach zwei bis drei Minuten immer wieder ausgeschaltet. Das hat uns ziemlich genervt. Aber das Bett ist ..."

"とても綺麗で設備も充実しており快適でした。 とても良かったです。 エントランスやエレベーターの使い方が最初は戸惑った。他にもエントランスで立ち止まっている人がいたので、案内を充実させた方がいいと思う。(オンラインチェックインした時の暗証番号をエントランスで入力しないとエレベーターが動かないです)"

"Appalling experience. First the check-in didn't work and we had to wait for the most flegmatic staff member to come "help" us by waving his hands and claiming it isn't his problem. But we finally got in after some back-and-forth. Others were not as lucky as they got told their reservations are "cancelled" ..."
