"Hotel Allegra was a wonderful place to stay for our one night in Zurich to fly back home after a trip to Switzerland, France, and Germany. The family rooms were huge and able to accomidate our 5. The rooms were clean and the water was hot and plentyful. The proximity to the airport was great (5 min). Sadly the tram was closed, but the uber was quick. "The hotel is close to the airport but was so quiet. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast is exceptional. An Aldi grocery store is about a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioning was not very effective in our room. The carpet in the room, while clean, showed wear and tear. Overall a very good experience."

The room we stayed in was fairly big with comfortable beds, decent storage and a spacious bathroom. We took advantage of the balcony in the room and enjoyed being able to step outside. "Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten äußerst bequem. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Es standen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was die Anreise sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: Es war lecker, frisch und bot eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 😊"

"The price of the room was good at < 100 CHF. However, I was charged an extra 20 CHF for parking. The bed and shower were clean but the walls were dirty. The shower doesn’t have a door and that resulted in water all throughout the bathroom. I’d stay here again but they might want to consider repainting the rooms and including parking."

"We had a family room and it was very clean and spacious. However our stay wasn’t so good here. Kids (aged 13 and 11) found the sofa bed not comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping. The cushions were too soft for us again affecting our sleep (although we didn’t request new ones) The room was too hot! The Air Conditioning was set on 18 but didn’t work that well.
