"Stayed Fri-Sun to participate in a weekend bass tournament on the lake. This house/property was perfect. The house backs up to a canal/bayou, which we learned is one of the best areas around the lake to fish. We were able to launch the boat from a ramp about 1/4 mile away and kept it tied up and safe at the house. Didn’t spend much time inside the house, but the time spent was nice. House was very clean and the bed(s) were very comfortable. If this property is still listed next, I will book it...

"House was perfect for our trip. 9 of us traveled for LSU graduation. House was clean and plenty of linens and supplies for what we needed. Internet was spotty. Streaming on the TV was spotty and would pause often. Made it difficult to watch a movie. Computer work was slow. Parking is a little challenging if you have multiple cars. Location was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our stay!!"

"We had a great stay at Bikini bottom on false river. The property was as described in the listing, Claire was on the ball with communication via text. Check in/out was a breeze. What a great view of the lake from the awesome deck/dock. Just an excellent stay which was out of the way of the chaos of LSU campus. Very peaceful. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit our Tiger!"

"Clean home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home is recently updated, and they did a great job keeping original features that make this classic Garden District home so charming! Easy check-in, convenient location, with plenty of little guest friendly touches (makeup wipes, coffee aplenty, fans in each bedroom). My husband and I shared the rental with friends, and we kept talking about how nice the place is!"

"We selected False River and this property as a meeting location for family to spend the holidays together. The main floor was perfect for visiting, playing games, and celebrating. We used the outdoor fire pit for two days straight. The bedrooms were spacious and the dock area was amazing. What a great spot!"

"The house is very clean and redone on the inside and looks nice. Furniture is comfortable and clean. Outside the house and porch and dock and furniture are unusable. Its disgusting and dirty and covered in bird poop... a lot of poop. The driveway is a nightmare and something that definitely should be mentioned. Large trucks will have a nearly impossible time getting in and out of the home. Overall though we got what we paid for. Its a double wide trailer that has been remodled nicely on the...
