You'll have access to the entire house, the garage, and the beautifully landscaped back yard, complete with a covered patio and large deck! You'll enter the garage with a key code then get your key and garage door remote in a lockbox in the garage and you're all set!

Coming and going at night? Both the garage and back yard have automatic motion sensing floodlights for your safety and convenience!

We have a strict no party policy, and we follow that to the letter. Baton Rouge law limits our guest count to two guests per bedroom, plus two, so our maximum occupancy is six. The city also has strict compliance regulations for short-term rental owners/hosts. Therefore, for compliance and insurance purposes, we limit the number of people on property to the number of guests on the reservation.

On the day before your arrival, you'll get all info about the house and our phone numbers for emergencies.

When the house is ready on the day of your arrival, you’ll get your custom code for the garage door opener and lockbox.

The evening before you leave, you’ll get all checkout directions.

Outside of that, we’ll stay out of your way, and will only contact you if it’s absolutely necessary.
