Infestation

There were multiple bedbugs in my bed. I have photo and video proof. The property manager tried to gaslight me and say they could have been any othee bugs. The property managers didnt want to do anything, and VBRO is "waiting on the property managers response." We didnt stay after that, moved to another location. I want my money back for at the very least the last two might of my Stay, as i was unable to have a clean environment, that i am entitled to by law. This was a huge inconvenience, battling this while trying to get my kid ready for major cheer competition. I would not recommend this property.

Very nice unit but poor management

The unit we stayed in was very nice and the view was beautiful but we had several issues throughout our stay that required calling management with poor results. Our water stopped and we called and were told it would be back on within 15-20 minutes and that they would call back a half hour later. The water did come on but they never called back to confirm. The ice cube maker on the refrigerator was not working as it was clogged with frozen ice cubes but we were able to manage that ourselves. The towels that were to be provided as stated in our communications with management were short by ELEVEN towels including no pool towels. We called once and they said they would take care of it. TWO days later we called again and they were finally delivered but we never did get any pool towels or the requisite number of kitchen towels. Our toilet handle broke and we had to take the tank lid off and reach in to to pull the chain to flush. Upon calling it took over a day for them to come out and then they just came with a plunger and no tools and said they would come back the next day.; They never did and they never called. The wifi went out and they did manage to arrive to correct that in a reasonable amount of time. So although the unit was really nice, the management response was so poor I don't imagine we will stay here again.

Nice Location but not clean

We were only here for a couple of days and the location was great, the check in process was nice. We were surprised that it wasn't cleaner, towels and sheets had stains and there was dirt on the countertops and dirty shoe prints on the floor of the entry.

Very nice community, nice lay out for a family of 5. Condo cleanliness was soso. Found a small cockroach in the master bedroom, there were a few signs of insect eggs in the kitchen and on rear porch.

Mini get away

We booked for a weekend getaway before back to school. Property was as described. New clean gated development. Pool and clubhouse were awesome. Many amenities around. Centrally located to Disney. Definitely would book again

Vacation and volleyball nationals

This is a lovely property for families and kids. The pool, lazy river and water slides are wonderful for kids of all ages. The gym is nice but doesn’t open until 9 am so I was not able to utilize the facilities due to early day activities. The condo is very nice and clean but has very bare minimum essentials. There is no salt and pepper so plan to bring everything you need to make a meal. You will need to bring your own dishwashing tablets as they only provide 1. You will need extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper as only 1 is provided for each bathroom.

Disappointed

After buying groceries for the week and returning to cook dinner since restaurants were ridiculously busy, we found out the oven didn't work. When I called the management company first thing the next morning they assured me someone would be out. As the day went on I had to follow up with the management company, only to find out they knew it was broke and had a service order in already. So they rented me the property knowing the oven was broke! They were supposed to reimburse me for my groceries and dinner, still have not seen that. We had issues with Wi-Fi the first night. It was because they gave us the wrong account information, which I told them I thought that was the problem when I called. Instead they said they needed to call the cable company. After no response, I called the next morning and insisted they verify the information the gave us. Which ended up being the issue. For anyone staying in the area, Wi-Fi is key because cell phone service is terrible! You cannot rely on cellular data. Lastly, the property was poorly stocked with towels. We had 3. Be sure to ask for more.
