Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking area in front of the property. Spaces are not assigned, first come, first serve.



Other Things to Note:

The private hot tub is not heated. We understand this may be unexpected, but this hot tub does not include any heating functionality, and it will remain at ambient outdoor temperature.



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door and a camera on the back in the screened area, this cameras are not intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes.
