The property is great. We've stayed here before. The pool is fantastic for the kids and the location is easy access to all the parks. We will definitely come back.

Extremely poor, shoddy customer service!

The first night, the electric power was out in the main bedroom. My husband requested service from front desk and their maintenance personnel did not show up. I called at 11:40pm and was told that their maintenance was not responding. My husband went to front desk and notified personnel that there was no power in the main bedroom (wall plugs, ceiling fan & light NOT working). Front desk desk was told to have unit manager contact me to have someone check breaker as this was certainly a risk factor. No on called us to resolve this issue. On Sunday I contacted the reservation POC and nothing was resolved. I am still waiting for a resolution and/or apology but nothing yesterday. Also, the power to the microwave went out and the dishwasher is missing the handle to close/start. The overall experience was horrid, very disappointing and frankly ZERO customer support concern. I am hopping that I receive a one night credit/discount for the inconvenience and attempt to have someone resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this Vrbo was a complete frustration/dissapointment.

Just what we needed

This was a bestie getaway and it really hit the mark. The room was super spacious. The pool was great. The location was close enough to other things that we had options for entertainment, though the amenities were enough that we didn't leave the property at all for our one full day there. We both had a great time and agreed that, separate or together, we'd definitely stay there again.
We've driven past this pirate ship for years on the 417. Now we're finally here!!!

Perfect for family

The resort had all of the amenities we needed for 4 kids ages 6-8. The 2 bedroom unit had a full kitchen and living room. Pool area was clean and fun. The Irish restaurant had excellent food and very fair prices

Most suitable for short stay

I rented this 2 bedroom unit for 2 weeks. Though it turned out not to be the same unit pictured, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The unit is part of an extended stay facility in a convenient location with shuttles to the parks and nice pools. The advertised bar & grill was mediocre and pricey. But there is a very good restaurant across the street. The kitchen is equipt with full size appliances but there is no storage and little counter space so not suited for much meal preparation. I think this unit and the ones like it are better suited for shorter stays.

Great location. Beds were comfortable and it was the right amount of space for our group of 5. Towels and bedding appeared clean. The dishes were NOT very clean, however. I took out a stack of plates but after looking at them I ended up tearing the lids off of the pizza boxes and used those as plates instead.

Clean and affordable

The condo was clean and had most items necessary. The furniture needs updating. The chairs and couch are worn and sink in badly when sat on. The toaster meeds replacing as well. It is a nice area and we had an enjoyable visit.

PGA Show

Convenient spot to stay for the show. Very clean. Coffee pot didn’t work and TV in master kept turning off (30 times in an hour) but it was past 10 PM so we just put up with it. The place is a little dated but very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Was a quick Thanksgiving getaway with wife and friends. Had a great time. Room was very nice. Grounds were wonderful. Appreciate the opportunity to go to wamer climate for the holidays.

Not for us. Too dated, and needs a deep cleaning - listing pics are misleading.

Sorry, this resort just isn't for us. The property is horribly outdated and worn. Doesn't appear to have been updated in 20 years. Every piece of furniture, carpet, etc is worn, stained, scratched or spilled on. Only 2 of the listing photos are of the actual unit; the rest are misleading. The balcony picture is NOT of this unit; the actual balcony overlooks the parking lot (no view). Unit doesn't look to have been deep cleaned in years: dust build up in every corner. Carpets are nasty. Spill stains on walls and dressers. Beds are saggy and really should have bug covers on them. Broke curtain rods, old deteriorating furniture. And the call from Guest Services promising a welcome packet is a ploy to get you down there to sell you a timeshare. This property needs updating and cleaning soon. Unfortunately, I would rate this as closer to a "budget motel" feel than a resort. And this seems to be across the whole property. We really had higher expectations based on previous reviews.
