"This was an amazing overnight stay! So much better than we were expecting to enjoy it. The lions, all 4, were in front of our window for almost the entire stay, both in the afternoon/night and again in the morning before leaving. To have them lounging, playing, sleeping, grooming right in front of the window with literally your hand separating them from you by plexiglass is unforgettable. "Beautiful location located right next to the Cove with its own dock located right in front of the patio. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and beach side. It absolutely smelled fresh and clean just as you walked in. And we enjoyed the neighborhood friendly cat! He was a plus. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. "Rocky Point #1 is a beautiful property with amazing lake views from the kitchen, the expansive deck, and the convenient dock. 2/10 Horrible

"The front desk employee is very rude and money hungry. I reserved a room with two beds and sofa sleeper. They didn’t allow me to accommodate party of 5, alleging hotel policy is of 4 people per room. Be careful with the policies they make up to their advantage to make one to pay for additional rooms. Plus it was for a third adult who is disabled who cannot take care of herself. The hotel tried to force us to reserve a room by herself. Facilities are old and does not smell well. Musty odor in building."
