The apartment has a large lounge and kitchen area with 2 sofa beds. Off the lounge is a family bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. From the lounge there is a balcony and stairs up to the roof area, which is ideal place to enjoy your vacation. There are lovely views over Villamartin Golf Course

This apartment is an ideal location for both couples and families.

The Neighborhood:
Within a 15 minute walk to VillaMartin Plaza. An ideal place to spend an evening with bars and restaurants.
Numerous commercial centres within a 15 minute drive, including La Fuente Centre and Zenia Boulevard.
There are several golf courses within a 5 minuite drive - VillaMartin, Campomor and Las Ramblas.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.

Please be aware that any arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
