"Pros- Nicely renovated, 35 mins from beach, clean, amazing loft, 1 car garage, washer and dryer, good towels and sheets, nice backyard, early check in. Cons- other half of this duplex has deplorable outdoor conditions to the point where it looks abandoned with a lot of trash /junk on the front porch.(Not host's fault, their half was very well-maintained) Other half also has a small dog that barks and howls in a room on other side of wall from master BR throughout the night. "The home itself is really nice and the best part is dogs are allowed. Beds extremely comfortable and pretty much everything you need is here. Dead end street means no traffic. Our neighbor Paulette was very nice. A drive to the ocean was really neat scenery and about 15-20 minutes away. I recommend this bc place. Nice big yard and nice patio to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Thank you for a great stay."

"The house is situated in the ideal spot on a peninsula. You feel like you have privacy without feeling totally isolated. The house is way cool. The view is awesome from the living room. The dock is a great bonus even if you’re just gonna watch the sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins swimming fairly close nearly every day. "Stayed here for 4 nights, during our move out of the area. Home is comfortable and our daughter loved the kid touches. The basket of toys and books were so much fun for her. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Two minor downsides, the kitchen showed some remnants of bugs. The owner said she was going to call pest control, but this was obviously missed by the cleaning crew. Additionally, there is quite a walk from where you park (near the garage) to the front door....
