"This was a fabulous hotel. Very updated and the employees were outstanding. Our room was huge and the bed was so good I slept in 2 hours past my normal wake up.
And Jameson was a great bartender.
We ate most of our meals there because they were better than the other places we tried. I don’t know why it’s rated as a 3 star when it’s close to or is a 5 star."

"The room was nice and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hallways had an odor and I had too many issues with my key card and wasn’t able to either get to my floor or enter my room without assistance from the staff. For a four star hotel, irons, ironing boards, and microwaves should be included in every room. Also, nothing in Baltimore downtown is what I would consider walkable from a safety standpoint."
