Welcome to Windward Pointe 1504! This stunning Gulf-front condo offers all the comforts of home with luxurious touches to elevate your vacation experience.

The fully equipped island kitchen features granite countertops, a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a delight. Step out onto the over-sized balcony, where ample seating invites you to soak in breathtaking coastal views and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.

The Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom includes two full-size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this spacious condo ensures everyone has room to relax and unwind.

The dining table seats six, with two extra seats available at the kitchen bar for casual meals or snacks. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer stays. For entertainment, flat-screen TVs are available in each bedroom and the living room.

Overall the property worked well for our family. Great location. Beds were not very comfortable and the bed for pull out couch definitely needs to be replaced. It was awful for our teenagers to sleep on - you could feel the springs when laying down. The condo sleeps 10 yet there was only 8 bath towels and a few wash cloths and hand towels. There could be a few more added for convenience. We travel a lot and know we have to wash towels - but condo needs a few more. Balcony was huge and our favorite part! There weren't any dressers for us to put things. We always use those. Kitchen was plenty big but could use some more items in there for convenience. Overall we had a great time.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beach was just steps away, and the property was quiet, well-maintained, and family-friendly. Communication was smooth and responsive, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier.

Don’t waste your money

We did not have air for the first 20 hours. It took 10 calls to Liquid Life to get it fixed. The smell was unbearable so we had all windows and doors open. They offered to move us, then said no, the smell will get better. It did not. We endured headaches, nausea and swollen throats the entire stay. These symptoms went away when we left the condo after our stay. The floors were so dirty I mopped them myself. All furniture is stained and smelly. Carpets are also stained and smell. One half of the laundry doors were completely missing. One morning we had no water for 1.5 hours. Towels were stained. We travel multiple times per year and always stay in a condo. This was by far the worst condo and experience in a condo ever. I will never work with Liquid Life again. They are the worst management company we have ever dealt with. Their lack of response to no air for 20 hours is unacceptable. DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!

Great Stay

Everything was just as expected, the site and pictures were very accurate. The place was clean and spacious. We loved the view!! It was a gorgeous view of the ocean. Only issue we had was the passcode didnt work on arrival. I contacted customer service and they assist me and got it taken care of with ease.

Good stay with some maintenance issues

-Beautiful beach / view from the 15th floor-Easy check-in / check-out-Apartment was clean and comfortablePlease note that the positives were a lot of the major items, but there were a number of items that impacted my overall impression of the stay.-Kitchen tools are sparse. Think 18yr old's bachelor pad. Adequate for making lunches, but challenging to make dinners. -Multiple drains were not functioning properly and several other minor maintenance issues.. I notified the management company twice (Wednesday and Friday morning) and the issues were never addressed.-WiFi was inconsistent -Indoor Hot Tub was nice, but the chlorine levels were high to the point of burning our eyes -Stayed on the 15th floor and only one of the 2 elevators was working, leading to some longer waits
