Romar House 205B is a spacious and beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the second floor, offering sweeping views of the Gulf. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, this property has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by the upgraded décor and inviting atmosphere. The living room offers plush seating that encourages relaxation after a day of fun in the sun. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the sliding glass door opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an under-counter ice machine. The kitchen also features a bar area and a dining table with seating for your guests, making it perfect for meal preparation and gathering around for a delicious dinner.

The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with southern charm furnishings, a king bed, and direct access to the balcony. The private ensuite bathroom is well-appointed with a walk-in tiled shower, offering both style and comfort.

The guest bedrooms are equally inviting, with one bedroom featuring a queen bed and the other two twin beds. Both guest rooms share a hall bathroom that includes a tub-shower combination for convenience. Flat-screen TVs are provided in all bedrooms for your entertainment.

Romar House 205B also offers a full-size washer and dryer, so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay, ensuring everything remains fresh and ready for your next adventure.

Guests of Romar House can enjoy beautifully manicured landscaping, palm trees, and the security of a gated entrance. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts, making it a place you’ll want to return to year after year.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Please note that trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Additional parking arrangements must be made off-site.
